Really happy with the service we received at Ashley today. Came in to buy furniture for my mother in laws new home. The team was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable! I was very impressed with how they listened to our needs and budget. If you come into the store and need help ask for either Mike Brown or Tyra they were both the associates who helped us and they are great!

I have had such an amazing experience shopping here! Upon every visit, I was warmly greeted, which instantly made me feel at home. Tyra helped me find beautiful pieces for my bedroom and was a key part in our customization. Because of her, my rooms will look just like what I dreamt of. Pinterest worthy, I might add. In addition, Kimberly also had a hand in finding the perfect bedroom set. If ever needed, I am sure to come back. 10/10 , I must recommend

I was happy with the service, Mike Brown was great and very helpful. I appreciated that he let me roam around and take all the time I needed, without hovering over me. I got the financing and it was quick and painless, the whole thing was pretty smooth. I'm excited to get my new sofa in a few days.

I walked into the Ashley Furniture store in Fayetteville today to look for some new pieces . I was very happy to see all the many options to choose from. Mr. Jamar Brown and Ms. Kim were impeccable! Mr. Brown’s customer service skills were fantastic and he needs a raise! He didn’t hover us while we browsed around, but he was readily available to answer questions. Mr. Brown was very knowledgeable about the different promotions.My husband and I enjoyed spending our money with Mr. Brown and Ms. Kim.

There are 4 handicap ♿ parking spaces and 40-50 free parking spaces at this store. The building is in excellent shape, and the store is well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful in searching for née furniture to buy. The credit application system is easy to use and understand as well. All credit is done thru Synchrony Bank. I purchased a queen bed set here. I just needed the frame and headboard. I already had a queen-size mattress. I will have them deliver it for free, and I paid to have it professional installed. Overall I am quite pleased with my purchase and quality of service at this furniture store. Awesomeness.

I absolutely enjoyed my purchasing experience with this Ashley furniture location. Mike Brown was a great sale rep he not only made buying very easy with his knowledge of each piece of furniture we were considering but he also recommended financing options Ashley furniture offers we ended up purchasing a sectional of my dreams. I'm really looking forward to the delivery process. He was also very patient as we were a little indecisive at first. Once we shared with him our likes/dislikes, wants/needs, he then matched us with his personal recommendations, which were on point.
