Help Danzel in distress!!!!
My car wouldnt start and I am new to the area. I walked into Advance distraught, immediately Twiana Woodard assisted me. She informed that I May have left something on overnight, causing the battery to drain. Immediately she checked my battery, noticed that the cells were low. She also looked in the system and noticed that my battery was still under warranty. She swapped it out, no problem. I was so relieved everyone that walked in the store she knew by name or face, I’ve never experienced any customer service like this before in advance auto parts. I later learned that she is the general manager. All I can say is she need a raise😁She is the epitome of management and what great customer service looks like. THANK YOU TWIANA YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!!!

Ms. Twiana Woodard is exceptionally well versed in her field. Her experience, expertise, and knowledge about auto parts and repairs is impressive. Ms. Woodard customer service is of the highest grade, superb. Store is well organized, clean, and easy to navigate.
Myself and other customers were greeted and welcomed the moment we entered the store. Thanks for making this experience simple and easy for a person who knows absolutely nothing about auto parts.

Was greeted by a very nice Lady, store Manager Ms Kita very nice and professional. Took care of helping me and my Husband change our Truck battery. I would give Kudos to her and the store. She's an Asset to this store and know her job very well.

The lady's were great help to fix a bigger truck with belts. I came all the way from Macon ga to fix the truck. They went above and beyond to help me help them. Atlanta motor speedway weekend and they came threw. Thanks from anytime anywhere truck repair. 8 days a week 30 hours a day.

Nice store and helpful personnel keep me coming back. They have replaced windshield wipers for me. They have also installed a battery from me. They are conveniently located and what is not to like. I even heard recently that I could buy a rebuilt transmission or motor from them.

Top notch customer service! Destiny helped me find the headlights I needed, and installed a new battery. It was so nice to have a woman to help and not be talked down to.

I ran the commercial department at the store in Jonesboro for 7 years and I have to say this is one of the cleanest and best ran stores I've seen in a while everyone is always doing their best to help the costumer as best they can!! You guys are doing great your GM should be proud

Kudos to Enise the manager here for helping me with a problem my neighborhood store in Fayetteville couldn’t help with. I was in and out with a brand new car battery in no time.

Helped me in a pinch. Needed a lamp for my headlight. They greeted me and was helpful in finding my items. Received great service.

Jason was excellent at explaining everything that needed to be done for my sister car! Definitely will be back to this location!
