Publix Super Market at Plantation Plaza

James has top notch customer service. Smiled the entire time, attentive and should be training others. So many people hate their jobs and have no problem showing it. All I can say is way to go James!!! Superstar

If you've never had a Pub Sub (Publix Sub sandwich), do yourself a favor and get one. Their bread is so good and the meat selection is amazing.

All Publix are good and live up to their motto, “Where shopping is a pleasure,” but this location is even better. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. They remember and call you by name—things you would expect in a much smaller store. I always love shopping here.

There were 2 amazing employees that went above and beyond. I'm sorry I can't remember their names. But Amanda Creel & Todd Majors remembered me from back in the days & made it a point to acknowledge me & be awesome.

It's my neighborhood grocer so I'm used to it and know where everything is. The service is always prompt, professional and helpful. The bakery has always done a beautiful job on cakes I've ordered through the 17 years I've been here!

Older store but was still clean and kept up. They were out of our favorite chips though.

Very clean, well run publix. Sometimes the fruit goes off a bit, but that's excusable considering we live in the tropics. Never stays out too long. Also never have to worry about out of date stock or almost off meat. Prices kinda whiling sometimes but that's publics as a whole.

Had my sleeping daughter on my shoulder. Couldn't hold her and push the cart at the same time. Was getting rough. Man running the fish counter exchanged spots with another worker and literally helped me shop so I didn't have to put down my daughter. Really went over the top. Thank you, Bill.

The seafood department was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a good piece of Mahi. The customer service check out person was also friendly and helpful. Great experience !!

Outstanding customer service. There is always someone in view to help and they act so happy to help. I will even pass employees who offer to help as many as 3 or 4 times while shopping. The store has the best selection you can hope to find and everything I need. I do not need to go to multiple stores. The bakery is so good and they are always so pleasant and helpful with whatever you need. In addition, they have plenty of help at the register so I never have to wait.

I work so having a Publix of this quality near by is wonderful for me and I stock up on their buy 1 get one free and save money.

I love shopping at Publix. You can find everything you came in for plus a lot of stuff you didn't know you needed. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like they really appreciate you spending your money in their store. A lot of places give you just the opposite feeling nowadays. It truly is a pleasure to shop at Publix.

I love Publix. All the employees are very kind and go out of their way to help me; I usually have my hands full with my baby boys, 1 year old and 3 year old. While grocery shopping with kids is not my favorite thing to do, I know that even if they have meltdowns, I will be taken care of. The shop is clean and well organized. I know I might be able to spend a little less on groceries at another store chain, but the experience at publix is so good that I can't bring myself to go elsewhere.

This is the friendliest Publix I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. I feel like some of the employees are friends.

Even throughout all this pandemic situation, this Publix has remained my favorite and it is still a pleasure to shop there.
