Erik was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had bought a new phone and I was still being billed for the old phone that was out of commission. He knew exactly how to solve the problem. We Called customer service at the store and helped me get the problem solved while I was there. I saw him being helpful to another customer to get her phone going.. Other customers came in he was multitasking very efficiently . Excellent worker great service.

I came to change from T-Mobile to Metro pcs after having had so much trouble in other locations and Cinthia G assisted me here and she was so incredible. She was so fast and efficient she got it done in about 5 minutes without any obstacles. It's so nice to encounter staff that have so much knowledge in their topic and be assisted without hassles. Employees like her make me love this company.

This was my best experience buying a cellphone.
Yazan knows a lot about cellphones and about his job; he is a really good person, he attended me for over 40 minutes and was really helpful explaining every question i had.

Not a big fan of Metro Pcs. I lost my phone, bought a new one from a wonderful employee named Cynthia. My phone was latwr returned to me and the following day i went to have my service returned to my original phone. It takes a few weeks before they can switch the number back and that was a little irritating but, Cynthia's customer service totally eased the pain. She's currently trying to see if i can get my service returned to my old phone. I appreciate the effort regardless of the outcome.
