Big thanks to the custom install crew! I recently had my 120 SI screen installed with the Savant system. I was very nervous as I had several issues during the purchase and scheduling phases. However, after speaking and meeting with Alex,Joe and John they set the tone for how they handled business. I can't say enough about how they handled my install. Alex took additional time to make sure my wife was happy and understood how to work everything. Joe & John contacted me before,during and after install to make sure my family was happy. They even sent someone out when my equipment was acting funny. I'm beyond pleased with the quality and professional service that I received and I would highly recommend them!

I belong to total tech, so Best Buy geek squad will help me with most any technical thing..at their store or at my home. There's a yearly payment connected to total tech..but it's worth it. I've never been disappointed. I can usually buy things at good prices with great care coverage. They even help me with things I didn't buy there. Five stars!!

Best Buy did such an excellent job getting me what I wanted. I’ve had the grey Breville Barissta and wanted the upgrade to the Breville Barissta Pro in black. They were more than accommodating.

I had an issue with a dash cam order and install. It was a misunderstanding between Best Buy and Geek squad auto installers. Showed up for the install but my order was canceled. I spoke to one of the managers, Levi, and he was fantastic. He took personal control of the situation and fixed everything to my liking. Definitely surprised someone so young took responsibility and actually showed initiative.

This gentleman Keaton was very helpful with selling his Sony tvs and really helped even after my house burned down, he came in and rebuilt it all and it really was a beautiful thing, thank you Keatonhughesfitness for all your hard work and much appreciated from the mooogen family. Definitely come too our next dinner and I’ll show you the rooms I fixed up including that one hidden one which is a cool gaming room 😉 Sincerely lil prezy

Helpful staff. They always ask if you need help but definitely leave you alone if you ask them to.
The Samsung rep was amazing and helpful and very informative.
This Best Buy quickly became my favorite one in the area.

We were looking for an electronic doorbell/camera that was reasonably priced. A salesperson approached us while we were looking and offered assistance. When we explained what we needed, instead of suggesting more expensive models, he suggested a reasonably priced model that had good reviews, operates on battery power, and works well with our smartphones. It also was easy to install. Having very limited income, we were very pleased with our purchase.

Didn't get much customer service this time around, but I found what I needed and discovered a few Christmas gift ideas.
Came back, had great service, and picked up a really nice gaming headset for my son's Xbox.

Slava Makarov inside geeksquad went over and beyond for me, I mean literally. I came in with some busted Bose Headphones and he spoke to management to make sure I was able to leave with a brand new pair of headphones 🎧 same day. I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a new pair.

Went for a PS5 pick up... Very fast and the gentleman that gave me my item was very knowledgeable about electronics... In and out pick up with no lines will be shopping here again for all my electronic needs!!!!

I’ve gotten tvs washer and dryer’s and recently a refrigerator. I think they offer a great value.

They had a great selection of stock. The employees were diligent, and checked on us, but not overbearing at all.

Went in looking for a specific kitchen appliance (Ninja Coffeemaker) that I had seen online. The CSR located it and checked me out within 5 minutes. No fuss no muss.
I also stopped by the customer service desk to ask an unrelated question and the staff member was very helpful.

I went to best buy to purchase a washer and dryer. Caleb was so nice, took the time to explain all the things I was unsure about as well as make the process as easy as possible. When the delivery time didn't fit MY schedule he found a time that did work! I will 100% be purchasing from best buy again on my next home need
