Farm House Tack Shop

Went first thing in the morning with my family. Lou was there and opened the shop up a few minutes early. We ended up purchasing 3 American hats along with some boots and tack for the horses. What a great tack shop with a great selection of hats. We will definitely be stopping in to see Lou and his family when we travel to this section of NY.

Always head there to get all my supplies and tack. Very knowledgable and friendly. Horse people all the way.

Great people, great service, great products

Their online customer service has gone to pot. They have items listed online that they don’t have and that aren’t available or back ordered, but they put the charge through at the time you place the order. Then when you ask to cancel the order and they agree to refund 6 weeks later they still haven’t done it and you have to hound them for it but no one ever answers the phone. I’ve wasted hours of my time getting them to do their job. Not what it used to be.
