7-Eleven

7/11 sees some weird people so I can understand the negative reviews from those crazies. I regularly come in for some quick lunch and the food is good, it’s cheap, and it’s close.

The manager here was extremely rude and called the cops when I tried to purchase cigars with a valid NY drivers license and passport, and he still refused even after the cops came and verified everything was legitimate. Go to the 7-Eleven right down the road on Mill, the workers there are much nicer and actually competent.

No bathrooms for customers, even a 3 year old child. Slurpee machine doesn't work either. Why else would anyone go to a 7 Eleven, surely not for the great customer service

Went in this morning to get Cigarettes, woman behind counter couldn’t hear me so i spoke louder. Other female employee heard me and instead of helping told me to stop yelling at her employees. I apologized three times and woman tell me she refusing me service. I asked to speak to manager and was told he just left. Employees are very unprofessional and need to be retrained in customer service!!!!

website says open 24/7 but regularly closes around 10pm-6am. fix the hours on the website or find more employees

store closed at 2am with employees cleaning inside. obviously not open 24/7. don't waste your time

Worst 711 I’ve been too, wouldn’t give the restroom to a pregnant woman. 0 zero stars!!!!

On one of the hottest days of the year, the slurpie machine is broken.
