Nyhree my 10 year old and I've been visiting this store since it opened! I'm extremely happy with everything I've purchased! Matt is so nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable of all the products he has on hand and sells! I'm so happy he has the environmentally safe straws and bags for our community! Fantastic selection of healthier convenience and on-the-go options, owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to help. There are tons of variations of delicious treats that fall under any and every dietary preference, and there's even a skincare/home care section. Very decent prices. Fit Foods is the only place on the North Fork where you can get all of your organic and vegan foods under one roof. Very fair pricing and awesome customer service.

My go to for organic. More of a selection thank Whole Foods and Wild By Nature(excludes produce) I have found more items here than anywhere else. So glad he is on the NF🌻

Includes grass-fed dairy, cage-free eggs, lots of vegetarian and vegan foods, grass-fed jerky. Pleasant budding health food store. Just needs signage to indicate what it is! We saw it while driving down the North Rd, but feared it might consist of diet shakes or similar, haha.
