Breezin' Up

Drove 45 minutes from Hampton bays just to grab quality souvenirs! The sweatshirt is amazing and very high quality. Also, I grabbed a little t-shirt, and the total was just a little over 100$. The cashiers were young and not friendly, but I kinda expected that.

I don’t know why this place has negative reviews. I liked this store! So cute, lots of options (I.e., sweaters, jackets, hats, water bottles) you name it they have it! Love the wide selection and the prices are very fair in my opinion. I forgot to bring a beach towel with me and got one here. Will be coming back to get a few things for my family :)

Nice variety. Wish they had more sizes but it is August 1.

Three stars is for the clothes we’ll see how long they last at these prices. Very expensive store no sales they don’t tell you about the two random buckets hidden on the floor that have half-price items. Also the woman working there which I think is the manager is very rude and needs to lighten up a little bit.

The staff is so rude. I bought a t-shirt and the next day I realized it was defective (the graphic in the front was misaligned). I returned to the store to exchange it for another one and the shop assistant told me that "this is how it was designed but if you don't like it you can take a look and find another one". All this with a very rude and judgemental attitude and tone. I found a non-defective T-shirt, thank god (which means she lied and the graphic was not intentionally misaligned). She never apologized, never offered to help, and never even smiled. She actually seemed upset. I will never buy here again and I do not recommend this place.

Overpriced items that are either stained or just generally low quality. They were sold out of my first and second choice but only in the size I needed. I ended up getting my third choice and I think it was also stained but they told me it was from the washed look of the hoodie I bought. They should have things that don’t say NEW YORK or NY. I want something that just says East Hampton. Overall not a fan of this place, their designs, or really any aspect of it. Avoid!

Bought a navy blue T-shirt while on vacation last week. Got it home and washed it only to find a giant fade mark from where the sun hit the fold that wasn’t noticeable upon purchase. Called the store and they refused to help in any way because I had washed it. When I explained that with Covid, of course I washed it before wearing it she was of no help. She did tell me I could buy another one… What a great customer service solution! Clearly faulty goods and likely based on the fact that they have them facing a window where the sun comes in. Offering an exchange would have kept me a customer. In difficult retail times. being customer service focused is often a great idea. Unfortunately Breezin Up missed that memo.
