URBAN SOUL SOUTHAMPTON Formally Renaissance

This is one of the best women's clothing stores in Southampton and in the Hamptons in general. The clothing and jewelry are unique, and you won't see other people wearing what you buy. Prices are very reasonable and the owner is lovely. She is very honest and will tell you if something looks good on you or not. I highly recommend Urban Soul especially now during the summer. There are lots of choices of beautiful gifts for yourself and others.

I LOVE this store! I was in here last weekend & bought the coolest outfit. The owner is super friendly & has the most unique finds. The leather jackets, pants, sweaters, jewelry etc are all so different and honestly I don’t know where else I would have found anything like them. Thank you for your great customer service - I will be back the next time I’m in Southampton!

If I could, I would give this store zero stars for horrible customer service over the phone. I called to ask about their embroidered jeans and whomever I spoke to was extremely rude and nasty when she called me back and was hesistant to give me simple information regarding her jeans. I was calling for someone who wanted to pick up a pair of jeans at their store which I explained; and she still proceeded to be very rude and accusatory and then hung up on me while I was in mid-sentence.

Owner is HORRIBLE!!!! Such a disgusting negative attitude! Do NOT support this business! Clothes are ugly as well!
