Party City

Stopped in for some party supplies and low and behold they had a Halloween item I had to get. Nice, clean store with great help.

I was in a recent terrible car accident and can’t drive due to injuries and don’t have a car anymore even if I could. I had to make an order for delivery as my sons grad party is in two weeks. Being severely injured and planning a party isn’t fun. I placed an order on the phone with corporate. One of the items was not ordered correctly by the person in corporate as he ordered the wrong color table cover. Two items were missing from my order. Two containers were cracked. Frustrated doesn’t begin to describe how I felt this morning. The store manager in Livonia called me and went Above AND Beyond to rectify my order. I have the missing items coming, the correct table covers and new containers will be on the way. I was in tears trying to figure out how to fix this as I’m a mess from this car accident. I did a delivery for the first time and it was only due to this accident and it wasn’t at all right. Not only did this manager initiate the call, but she was so unbelievably kind and doing all she can to fix this order. I cannot thank her enough. Parties are stressful enough. Parties when half of your body is injured, is even worse. A little bit of AMAZING customer service really went a long way today. Thank you so much for fixing this! I am beyond thankful!

Employee's greet you with " welcome to the party". Clean spacious and prices clearly marked.

Order was filled timely, correctly, and ready for me curbside... No complaints 👌🏽

If you ever find a need for a top hat or mustache... they pretty much have it all when it comes to costumes.

I needed two outfits for Halloween,they had both in stock.

This store has it all. And if you bring small offspring, you will find that everything in the store is something wanted... Nay! Needed! Also, they have this wall that is 100% covered in balloons. It's like looking into the future. It's what I think the world was like before evil cooked our first parents. It's a thing of beauty and majesty.

Love the staff and the decorations and displays are set up really impressively too. Will definitely keep coming back!

If you need party supplies, celebration materials, or things to accessorize an area they are hard to beat. They also have costumes and props to add to the fun.
They are still my daughters favorite store. 👍🏿

They have some reasonable items but to make a nice party u have to spend kind of pricey but good quality.nothing like dollar store.Nice variety of Decorations.go online get coupon to save on your bill.

I can give Party City 5 stars now that they seem to have re-areanged the approach to the cashiers lol. The way it wound around before made it a little difficult to navigate, but the last time I was there, there was more room to navigate around the other customers...not sure if it was just a display that was moved or what, but its appreciated.

This Party City is well stocked year-round, and rarely do we not find what we need, as we fill the cart with a bunch of stuff we didn't realize we very clearly needed. And to be honest, some of the decor patterns for plates, napkins and hanging decorations etc. are pretty enough to buy even without a party in the works.

This is a store I enjoy going in, even if its just to look and plan for next time.

I got there just before closing but they were patient and helped me with my balloon order for my upcoming party for my daughter. It it well organized and I found what I needed! Great selection of themed and basic birthday decorations, variety of colors and decor! Always shop here for my kids birthdays!

OML I really Love the store their balloons are so nice and creative. I give them a 100% on everything!!!!!! Customer support is the best thing you can get from any store. The 15 candy for 1 dollar is AMAZING and the best deal. GOOD JOB

Love this store, they were sooo helpful with my baby shower. Costumer service is great, they have a large selection and I had picked a very difficult theme to decorate for but it all worked out. And they filled up my balloons I bought online. I’d rate 10 stars if I could.
