NORTHERN JERSEY COMFORT

Our experience was such a pleasant surprise. We found that we needed a lift recliner with no time to spare! Took a drive to the North Jersey Comfort store and had such a nice variety to choose from. Glen had been on a delivery and came back in a few minutes to help us out. The chair was really comfortable and had quite a few features added to make it a great value. Yes, the cost was much better than others we had looked at ! We needed this chair before a major surgery and wanted to have it ready upon return . Glen and Barbara made it happen! Rarely today can you find quality and such great service! So rare that you can actually sit in a chair and test it out. Truely we are so grateful.

If you’re looking for a recliner please do yourself a favor and come straight to them. They took care of me and set me up with an excellent recliner at a good price. They are super patient and so friendly, I appreciated my time here. Greatest customer service !!

A great experience!! I wanted a recliner in a color they didn't have in stock, so they drove out to PA, picked it up, and delivered it to me in 2 days, knowing I had upcoming knee surgery & had been scammed by JD Furniture in Newton! Looking for a mattress or recliner/lift chair, this is the place to go! Great people!!

From start to finish, Northern Jersey Comfort was absolutely AMAZING! I went here to shop for a lift recliner because I am having major hernia repair surgery in a few weeks. I reached out to Glenn, the owner. I was coming from an hour away. Glenn happily stayed well past his closing time & waited for me. He listened to my needs and showed us the many options, styles and varieties he had in stock - all while keeping our budget in mind. He & his wife were so friendly & accommodating. So many times we buy things with a click of the mouse. But if your looking for reclining chairs or mattresses you have to try them out. That’s why I keep buying from Glenn at Northern Jersey Comfort and Mattress by appointment. Not only will you be happy with the comfortable recliners and mattresses he has to offer but his prices are equal or better then what you find online. So do yourself a favor and get what you want by trying it out first. You will feel like you got a great deal for a comfortable product that you can enjoy for years, plus you have a face with a name should you have any questions down the road. I have personally bought 5 mattresses and a recliner as well as referred friends and family. Looking won’t cost you but a few minutes of your time. You’ll be happy you did. BTW, don’t let you children try them out, you may need to buy more then one, LOL

05/16/23 been a month or so and I love this chair. The only problem with it is when I come home from work usually my wife or daughter are already in it.

Such a friendly husband and wife team! They didn’t have what we were looking for on the floor, but did have it in the basement. Just needed to put it together. Within a week or so they had it ready, asked if we wanted it and dropped it off that same day at a great price. My husband and I were really impressed with them from start to finish. Didn’t feel like we were dealing with sales people at any point, just people who wanted to make sure we got what we wanted!

Outstanding service!!! Glen was so helpful from the start. He was so personable and took time to find just the right fit for my mom. He went out of his way to make sure she could be able to get what she needed as soon as possible so she could be safe and comfortable. Thank you soo much!!

Our experience was great! We went there to get my husband a recliner for his birthday, I wanted to keep it a surprise. Glenn was super accommodating and delivered it the very next day! My husband was over the moon with his fancy recliner. There was no pressure to buy anything either, very informative and friendly service.

I needed a power reclining chair to sleep in after my recent shoulder surgery. Glenn was great, he had just the chair I needed at a reasonable price and they delivered and set it up the same day. I definitely recommend Northern Jersey Comfort and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

On Friday 7/9/21 I went to the store and was greeted by Glen. So let me tell you he was very friendly and helped me decide on my set. I did not feel like just a dollar sign. He had me test several mattresses and I found the one I liked. I also chose a movable base, which he took time to show me how it worked. Again he doubled checked to make sure I was happy. So on Saturday the very next day he delivered with his wife my whole set, which I love. They were both so friendly and took their time with me. They made sure that I was happy with the height of the platform I chose. They had me test the bed and also showed me how it worked. They also had stated if I needed anything to let them know and I truly believe that. Such a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new mattresse set, and platform. They are willing to work with you and help with any budget.

My wife and I were shopping for a recliner when we came across an add for mattress by appointment on the internet and I called it. That was the beginning of one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences we ever had. I spoke to Glenn he was so nice and respectful and when we met him in the store he was very helpful. He really made my wife and I feel so comfortable it was like we were faimly. He went above and beyond to help us find a recliner . It is to bad all business owners and businesses are not run like this. I would highly recommend shopping here.

Glenn and his wife are wonderful! I recently broke my shoulder and was in desperate need of a recliner to sleep comfortably in. Glenn showed me my options and was able to delivery the same day! Highly recommend!!!!

Fabulous owner going the extra mile to help a young man who needed comfort after his accident. I called for a recliner in the day and the owner and wife delivered and set it up that evening, for free. Chair comfortable and price is right.

This was the best little shop ever. Have a chair perfectly fit for me. I'm six foot four. I'm over 300 pounds. And he picked the chair for me in a matter of a couple of minutes. The nicest couple you've ever wanted meet who's running a business in the whole state of New Jersey. Love my chair. We have not gotten to the living room yet but we're working on it
