First time going to this location as it just recently opened. Very impressed. My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones and Cole helped us. He was wonderful and very patient with us. Will definitely return!

Tony was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. We never felt rushed and appreciate all He did for us. I love this store. We've always gotten consistently great service here.

I had the most amazing help from Mike today. I had to new phones and needed to transfer information, activate the phones, and smoothe out some other issues in between and he was so patient and really helped me. I was struggling for over a week, no luck with representatives over the phone and was denied by 2 other verizon location. I even got a new watch today. Let's just say Mike will be my go to. Will recommend

Brandon made upgrading smooth and easy, I got everything I needed without hassle. Everything was explained clearly and he even managed to save me monthly. I definitely recommend seeing Brandon!

I always have an amazing experience, especially with Bex! She is always so helpful, clear, and knowledgeable about making sure my family has the best phone plan for our lifestyle. She is always patient with my questions and makes sure I am happy with the outcome.

Bex is the most amazing rep I have ever had the pleasure of working w/. The authentic customer service experience she provided left me w/ smiles, as well as a desire to return for whatever I may need in the future. Her genuine desire to help only overshadowed by her willingness to go the extra mile is what all reps should be learning from. I cannot tell you how wonderful Tony Ussia was regarding customer service I needed. He was not only knowledgeable, but courteous and thorough. I was a customer service supervisor who did training for several years with Rochester Telephone, so I feel I know a great representative when I get one. Tony fits that description. Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me reorganize my plan to get a lower cost with more features, like getting service on my watch.

Bex helped me replace my security system at my business with one I can check anywhere on my phone and helped me set up an employee phone tree to better organize how I do things and free up time to expand.

Brandon was amazing!!! So patient and kind. So present in every way. Highly recommend anyone to come and talk to him. He is very knowledgeable ! I enjoyed his way of educating me on the use of my new phone!

Had an issue with my phone, Cole and another employee (whose name I didn't catch, sorry!) were super helpful in getting me set up with a new phone that same day.

I have to say this is the first time I had the most amazing experience with customer service. Brandon blew my mind with how easy he made my experience. I came in very upset with a lot of issues, and thought my phone was hacked. He helped me work through the issues I was having and did a great job making sure my information was secure.
