Good collection of clothes and we had a good time shopping here. The customer service was great as well. The coupons are great as well this time of the year.

This is a nice well stocked Macys with all the brans you expect to see there. The makeup brands are all available there too. Its located in a mall which makes it more convenient to be there.

The staff was ok. Its very helpful that you can return anything you have purchased at Macys.com here.

There is a saperate parking you can use if you first or just want to go there but there is a shopping mall opening inside.

Celine on the first floor checked me out and gave me a great price on a red dress shirt I was in dire need of for a dance. He had a great attitude and was very helpful, amazing customer service.

Before Macy's it was Kaufman way back shopper for my parents to keep me in nice clothing , but today as an adult it's my go to place for whatever I need especially my colognes, houseware , shoes & so much more. Like & Love this store

Sales lady on phone was nice enough to look up an item that was in the store but was now gone. She found it on the web and saved me a long round trip to the store which would have been wasted effort.

We had a great experience here! I saw a comforter on display that I really liked but there were none for sale. The sales associate Dana went above & beyond to help me find a price for it & was so patient & apologetic for how long it took. Wonderful experience!!

Was asked if I needed any help. She took me to the product, which I purchased. She also took care of me at the register, very friendly and helpful.

I'm kinda sad my favorite perfume is never on stock but I'll glad they still have it available online for pickup at store.

Best Macy's in Upstate New York!! Everyone works there are professional, helpful, knowledgeable. Products are more organized. Whoever goes there want to buy any colognes or perfumes look for Tim at the Cosmetic and Perfume section.. love Macy's specially Greece Mall NY' location.

Fantastic if you are looking for anything brand name. They have the store sorted by brand, and the shelves are often neatly stocked and piled so everything is plain to see. Also they have a ton of helpful clerks that are often very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though everything in the store is base MSRP and they don't have a ton of sales, they're clearance section is often pretty great with huge markdowns.

The staff was very nice. Found what I was looking for at the Macy's Home Store. Again, super nice people. They seemed to be geared towards helping the customer rather than getting the sales commission (if that is how the structure is these days).

We went there so my husband could buy me some perfume for Christmas . The girl who waited on is was professional and friendly. She was very helpful knowledgeable about her perfumes . I got what I wanted.
