I had the pleasure of working with Joy on a prescription that needed refill, but there was an insurance problem. Joy helped me be calling the insurance and getting it straighten out. I had spoke to other staff regarding this same script but there were unable to solve it for what ever reason. However, I am still given Walgreens five stars because of Joy! She took the time to help get it refilled and my husband had his script filled within an hour that day. Thank you, Joy. You are truely an asset to the company.

I've received nothing but great customer service at this location. The store is always clean and they always have great prices. The pharmacy staff is awesome. Do they get busy? Of course they do -- but they get to you as quickly as possible. Never a bad experience here. Thumbs up to this management team.

I run all over this community, including neighboring towns. The Walgreens @ 1145 N Alpine in Rockford, is hands down one of the best Walgreens around. The candy is priced better than Walmart & the staff is always pleasant & fun. They are very helpful & friendly. I visit this store weekly because whoever manages this place does it right. Its clean. If you have a problem, they handle it. I ask for help & they actually help. Visit the Dollar General or Walmart & ask for help... Ghettotard USA. Compared to other run down, shady places in Rockford - This is a 100% good bet.

Nice, clean, busy store.

Place is bigger than any where I currently live. The employee who worked with us, Nathan, was patient with others, with my mother and I, and was nice and helped my mom. He seems very relaxed.
The store is clean and well maintained, cool, well lit, and gives a happy vibe to it.
