Came for one thing only

This place was so horrible,the lady Lorette is so mean and nasty,I notified her of Nats and discussing bugs in the donut case she told me I could clean it myself if I didn't like it. Yelling at me in front of everyone when I tried to keep it private. She told me I was nasty and I'm the one with the problem everyone else eats the donuts. The place was filthy and disgusting! Horrible horrible service. Wouldn't bring my dog there.

Car wash door started closing on my car when I was trying to exit. Had to throw it in reverse quickly to avoid it slamming shut on my hood. Then I was stuck in there for like 5 minutes and the gas station employees wouldn’t answer the phone or hear me honking. Finally it opened on its own and I pulled out thinking it was going to slam shut again 🙄 and then I was left with a wet car because the blower timer was long gone.

Nothing convenient about this place. One cashier and a self check out the is too complicated and slows down the store. Expect to wait in line for at least 10-15 minutes to make your purchases.

If I could leave no stars I would. They r suppose to be 24 hours. Needed a few things. My husband got out of the car and started to make his way to the door. One of the workers ran to the door and locked it. As he stood at door asking if they were closed they just sat there ignoring him. Finally as they walked away he asked again if they were closed and one yelled that they were. How hard is it to say "sorry, we r closed"? Worst Circle K in Rockford. This one is on Charles St. Across from Dunkin Donuts. Rude and lazy.
