Better CVS in town, always clean & well kept, easy to find items

My experience at your store today was amazing. I was greeted and saluted. The cashier was sweet, friendly and super helpful. She helped me download the app to be able to use my reward card. And Mr. John Brown, I can't put into words how he went above and beyond during my visit. He told jokes, helped me find what I needed all while giving excellent customer service to each and every customer that he came in contact with. I'm switching my family's prescriptions over tomorrow. We were 2+ hours from home and realized my husband didn’t have enough insulin for the weekend. I went to this CVS and they were very courteous to call my pharmacy and have his Rx transferred. I was there less than 30 minutes and they were EXTREMELY busy but didn’t let their customer service be compromised! Will use them again for any needs while in Montgomery!

I have had nothing but a great experience, I am new to the area and all the employees at this CVS were friendly and the pharmacy had a question about my insurance and called me and I was able to get it taken care of.
No problems here! Will definitely recommend to my friends !

I've always been treated very well in this CVS. With the Zip bar and Gas station across the street I understand why they are very cautious when people come in to shop. I really like that they are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

I used to wonder how this pharmacy had evaded a shooting. In the past I found it to be terribly unorganized, as prescriptions were lost and customer service was lacking. However, there is a new pharmacist on the scene, Cedrick Kousok. My interactions with Mr. Kousok and his team have been outstanding. He has a genuine interest in your care making sure your prescriptions are timely and properly dispensed. I hope CVS can keep Mr. Kousok happy, as he seems to be a competent and compassionate pharmacist.

When you walk in , make sure you go to the kiosk and enter your telephone number and it'll print a bunch of coupons for you.... that you can use in store that day that's what I love about this place

Great customer service!

Nice associates, good deals, lots of great coupons, very clean and organized. I even bought some very nice blouses at a very good price.

I enjoy the friendly greeting when I walk through the door no matter what race I am I feel welcomed at this CVS.

I have done business here for years and have never experienced anything other than efficient, professional, and courteous service.

The staff is helpful and it's the only place open late at night these days.

They've greatly improved in customer service in the last six to nine months!
Just in the nick of time, as I was about to
try another pharmacy. A few months back to my surprise a new female pharmacist that I had not seen before called me by name as we passed each other in the aisle one day. That made my day! I used to come in and the clerks would greet me by name as they asked for my DOB with a smile . Then it suddenly stopped. No smiles, no greeting with names or answering the phone (or if answering, putting you on hold for 40-60min). I had just decided to switch, when this young lady changed my mind. Now she's not the only one who calls me by name again. I once again feel like they want my business and want to help me.

CVS has a wide variety of products, but I find their prices to be a wee bit high even for a drugstore.
