Dollar General

So I had to put some money on my card for emergency reason I'm new down here from Brooklyn New York my cash app did something funny and I started to panic so I said oh God I got a call Dollar General and and get someone to give me some help I didn't even know what to do I'm not familiar with cash app like that. Anyway then take long at least three rings and this lady her name is Yanni, she was so kind her tone her demeanor was calming, and made me feel a little easy. Long story short, she gave some great advice I listened and I took it and I saw everything went through now that's customer service I appreciate her big time! Oh yeah by the way shout out to Devonte he was very patient as I was having technical difficulties at the register it's a good little team I appreciate them I will definitely be back

I love some dollar general deals and sales! Thanks to YouTube, Christa Coupons, and the DG app, I once again saved a ton of money on my purchase today! 5 for 10 on the Dr. Pepper 6 pack bottles is crazy! I'm not sure if the DG associate even realized the 2 day sale started today. She had a surprised look on her face when I told her I had 10 of them. $2 a 6 pack! I'd be crazy not too! Don't worry though, I didn't buy them out. They had plenty. This DG is a little out of the way for me but it's one of the nicer DGs in town. It's well stocked and organized! The employees, who are always busy doing something in the store, are nice, fairly knowledgeable, and willing to help if I ever have a question. Keep up the good work!

12.29.22 @ 3:30pm, to the kid who politely said "excuse me sir" to grab a Roblox gift card. I was in a daze and forgot to say "Yes sir" back when I stepped out the way. To the dad, if you see this, you are clearly doing a good job. Kid just sounded smart.
I am going to make my kids start saying Yes Mam and Yes sir!

That's all, back to Atlanta.

Great place, great prices for small purchases of household and personal items. Quick in and out shopping most of the time. Some, not all, locations need to clean up a bit... dirty floors, shabby aisles, items on the floor, etc.

I rarely have any problems out of this location... The people are always nice😊, could just be me though cause I don't know any strangers. I can hold a conversation with anyone😘

The Customer Service here is Wonderful because the workers go above & beyond to help you & get you in and out. It's clean & not packed.

During every visit I find the staff to be professional and friendly. Locations are bu zzzd y so some items may not be readily available.

Not shabber! Folks that work there at moment are helpful and patient. Only place i can find Tear Jerker bubble gum.

I enjoy shopping there. So many great deals and bargains. And customer service is fantastic.
