Family Dollar

I know you can do better. The district Manager of this location should be ashamed, to say the least. I got sick to my stomach but I was determined to walk through the entire store isle by i​sle to witness just how bad it was. There were two associates visible who were not at all concerned with the condition of the store and because they stood at the front of the store talking and laughing like there was nothing to do. Even when I let out a very scary scream, neither one of the associates came to check on my safety another customer ran over only to find out that i saw a huge bug jumping around. I absolutely had to take a few photos because my words are just not enough. I am still in an attempt to speak personally from their Corporate Office but so far all of my attempts have been unsuccessful. I will continue my attempts to speak to someone who will be concerned enough about the photos and will look to hold someone accountable for this mess of a store. By the way, I did make a purchase just to verify my visit on 8/24/2022
5-Stats for the worst store in history.

The new manager Tony is showing a deliberate an exemplary pattern of great management. The store is cleaner and more well-organized. His attitude is par excellence. You can count on me to continue to shop at Family Dollar with the great leadership that has been exhibited by the new store manager kudos to Family Dollar for selecting a great man and supervisor. He is a candidate for upper-level positioning in the hierarchy of Family Dollar.

The cashier was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The store was out of a few things that I came for but it was a lot cleaner than previous visits.

Plenty of parking places, very efficient workers.

The cashier is awesome. Possibly the sweetest kind hearted lady ever. Two thumbs up to her.

My favorite store in Sauk Village and the new cashier lady is so fine OMG 😘😍

Great prices for name brand and off brand items , they even got batteries for a $1 a pack.

Always clean and staff always helpful when i go to shop.
