I don't know where to begin! Joe (or Joseph) the proprietor is a class act to say the least!! Fab dude and then some! Generous hours! Open early close late; open 7 days!! Has drive through! Stocks everything under the Sun and then some! Proprietor likes to be called Joe. He has perfect diction and enunciation even though he is from the subcontinent. You can't go wrong!

Always friendly and stocked! Prices are in line with everyone around them. Joe is a very nice guy who keeps up on the newest products and is always stocked with whatever you may need!! I always look forward to buying the wares at Joe tobacco!

Really great men. I go thru the drive thru at least 3 times a week and one day my credit card wasn't going thru (forgot I had it froze) but the owner spotted me the $15 and told me to just pay it back when I came thru again. It's that small gesture that has honestly earned my business, I honestly don't care if they are $2- $3 more on some things. Business's all have profit margins and can't operate without charging a customer 2 to 3 times what they've paid themselves. They have to source it, ship it, and then stock it. On top of that they have to pay city B&O tax, WV sales and vendor tax, and WV excise tax on e-liquid cigarettes, etc.. Some of you people are just cheap, shop else where for your cheap "knock off" vapes. GO JOE :-)

The store has all you could ask for and more when it comes to smoking and smoking accessories. Vave selections are in abundance. The staff is very helpful and caring and professional!

I have been going to Joe’s Vape Shop since it opened and have received nothing but OUTSTANDING service. Such a friendly shop, and they always go out of their way to help and assist the customer. I've been in Joe's twice, and received very good customer service. The man was very helpful picking out what I needed and how to fill my vape and use the new one I had bought.

I just want to say that my experience for the first time was pleasant. The owner is super charismatic and friendly and recognized me and was super helpful and I am happy with my visit!!!
