AT&T Store

Our visit was perfect, we walked in to upgrade phones, we were instantly greeted and helped along the process. The gentleman helping us was very clear about how the upgrades would go, also helped my husband with input on the durability of a phone since he works outside. He helped us quickly, got our upgrades ordered. Told us when we could expect them to come in, and that we could set the phones up our selves or come back to have them assist. Overall a great experience!

Elizabeth was the best! She helped fix a major problem we encountered at another AT&T store in the area. She was professional and courtesy!! Ty!

Stop by the store to see about paying my phone off. Went in and saw that 2 of the 3 Agents were busy, but I was greeted by them anyway.
The store was extremely clean. Finally an agent was free and assisted me. Everything was taking care of, in and out of the store was 25-30 minutes. AT&T is an outstanding service!!

In and out within 20 minutes and got my account taken care of and start a new service for an iPad. No complaints at all .....

What knowledgeable, honest and caring employees at this location! I will be back. Customer service and care is so important. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable, patient (I'm a senior) and so caring. The guys were so helpful too when I went back, and even opened the door for me when I was exiting. You don't find this to much anymore..so I truly appreciated it, as I'm new to the area. These employees at this AT & T store should all be applauded! ❤

Marco at AT&T Decatur TX was incredibly helpful to me. After transferring my plan from a business to personal acct, I came to my local Decatur office to complete my account setup with my trade-ins. We had a technical issue with one of the phones and he worked on it, on his own time over a span of two days, trying to get it done, which he did - and followed up with a call afterward. Such great customer service! I’m happy to recommend Marco at the Decatur location for friendly and super-efficient service.

My Father-in-law needed to replace his iPhone 6. We came in on 4/13 without an appointment and were happily greeted by Payton. Change can be hard for some “Seniors”, but Payton’s demeanor really helped to provide some reassurance for him. Payton was able to quickly assess the phone issues and provide an option that would be most suitable. His friendliness, approach and range of knowledge made for a really good experience.

While I’m here, I’d also like to point out that I noticed another employee assisting another Senior and he was both patient and kind while helping her with her phone as well.

Also, another employee helping a family with two small children appeared to be equally kind and patient with them and their needs.

I work in customer service as well and just wanted this team to know we see you and appreciate you all. ❤

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the employees in this store. I know the cell service will be great but the customer service provided at this store is EXCEPTIONAL! The manager and assistant manager Josh and Miranda were the absolute best retail employees I have EVER dealt with. All the employees are wonderful people and with Josh and Miranda managing this store to back them, you will hard pressed to find better customer service in a 100 mile radius. They were knowledgeable and I could tell they truly cared about helping me get my service. On a scale of 1 to 10. I give them a 💯!!! 💫😄

Great place had issues with my phone, fixed me right up

I went to AZLE at&t to get help with my hotspot stood in line for an hour to have the 2 men tell me well we don't know call corporate. So I came in here and not even 2 seconds later Payton not only helped me by figuring out how to do it and fixing the problem and also he set up my account for it correctly. Took not even 5 mins compared to the hour long wait and 3 plus hours on the phone with at&t , super sweet and helpful and fixed everything that was wrong. He gave me his card I will use them from now on! Specially since I had such bad anxiety from the other store and the phone calls I could barley talk to ask him for help and he said it's okay and made it not a big deal!

I have never been so happy about purchasing a new phone. The manager (sorry can't remeber his name)was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure I got the very best deal and I definitely did! I was an upgrade with a trade-in/data transfer and was in/out in 30 minutes. I was not the only customer in the store being helped yesterday, but never felt negelected. The other associate was also friendly and giving great service to others as well. This is for sure my go to store now. Can not thank you guys enough for hooking it up and gving A+ services everyone deserves. Also, love the phone too ;)

Great Customer Service!! I have been with ATT over 15+ years and have visited quite a few stores to manage upgrades, issues or changes. The experience and team at the Decatur store is by far one of the best teams I have worked with. Big shout out to Shane Whitlow and Daniel Elkins for their help in getting my wife upgraded to a new Iphone 13 pro. They were both professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. The fun part is not something I thought I would ever say about going into an ATT store. I recommend this store and overall team to anyone. Clearly they have great leadership!

Your manager Marco he was super I mean I want to give him all kinds of bouquets he took care of my problem he was helpful he was energetic he was just fun to work with and I just wanted you to know that because I can’t say that about all of them.

It was super easy and faster than when we switch to Verizon. Decided to come back to at&t because they have better service where we live and Matthew was a huge help when trying to switch over. He even stayed an hour later than usual to help us switch!👌🏻

Our experience was great, when the survey came over the phone I in the middle of something and put the wrong answer in. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family! Excellent service

Hayden was the BEST! Upgraded mine & my husbands phone but ended up making our bill cheaper! Also gave us some vacation hot spots! Definitely took care of us!
