Love this store!! Always find something nice don't need but gotta have!

Me encanta esa tienda tiene muy buenos precios y la ropa muy buena calidad.

Had so much stuff but all of the clothing was disorganized and was not in the proper sections. It was like a free for all. The tags on the hangers didn't match the clothes. It was as organized as the thrift store.

Reasonable cloths toys and shoes.

Too expensive

Decent selections of brands. Good size. Open concept, warehouse look and feel.

Okay pricing. But store is trashy store.

Always went to the one on main st. Came to this one and saw there was a bigger selection. BUT!!! literally nothing is organized. Hard to find anything. Different sizes everywhere. And overwhelming. I gave up looking and just bought the 2 pants I found. Would have bought WAY more if I could just go to my section and get my sizes. It was to much.....

I would give this a zero if I could. I am beyond disappointed in this location. The worst I have ever seen. Thrift stores are better organized and clean than this location. Especially considering it's a new location, is sad that it turned upside down so quickly. The workers they have left are trying their best, but can only do so much when customers come in and continue to destroy/trash it. Corporate really needs to step in to correct the issues at this location.

I am so disappointed. When i was done shopping there was a line all the way towards the end and only 2 cashiers available. Very Disorganized store with clothes,toys and anything on the floor and it’s a very dirty store given the fact it’s only been here for a month. You can’t even find store helpers around the store to help you find something. The floors are dirty and disgusting. They have a very big staffing issue.

Close at your listed time. This is a new location. If you don't have consistency with your hours, people will not go to this location. It doesn't matter if there's one cashier...people will wait if they really want the items.

DAY 2....STILL CLOSING EARLY!!! At this point, just change your closing time, if you're going to consistently close early.

This Burlington is the worst store.
Columbus!! This was my first time here because I know they just opened this location but this store is really messy and so unorganized. There's so many clothes on the floor. When I was ready for check out, the old crusty woman JOAN was soo rude and unprofessional, she was lowkey trying to ignore me. It was 3 heaux behind the counter and didn't want to cash me out🙄
HOPEFULLY this Burlington goes out of business in 2024 ❗

All I have to say is just don't go there. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’m so disappointed . This location supposed to close at 11:00 pm we went there the manager said we are closed at 10:20 pm
