AT&T Store

Andrew was well educated on all products and was able to move quickly through the process. He had helped my husband a week earlier so we waited on him and I was not disappointed. Thanks Andrew!

Jennifer De Dias was amazing. I didn't go into the store to buy anything but instead was just doing recon on the iPhone 15 pro max and recon on the apple 9 watch. Once I entered the store Jennifer immediately came talk to me. I told her that I didn't want to buy anything just to do some recon. I advised to her that I will later upgrade from Samsung to IPhone online. Jennifer was so polite and engaging. She told me to let her know if I had any questions. (I liked that because she was not pushy). She allowed me to look around then about not even a minute later she asked ,so kindly, if she can help me figure out some stuff. I loved that she was not trying to sale me anything but truly just wanted to help. She was very knowledgeable on her products. Long story short, I went from doing my upgrade online to doing my upgrade in the store, bought 3 accessories, added the group insurance, and getting a new line Apple Watch. When I get great customer service I really want upper management to know because Jennifer D really went above and beyond. If you can please please please pass this information along to her manager and her manager's manager. I really want them to know my experience and to give a personal thanks to Jennifer for all the information, knowledge, kindness, and awesome customer service that she gave. Sorry that the feedback was so long but I really wanted to express my experience to you. Thanks.

Jen was amazing and very knowledgeable she was able to assist me with adding a line and also upgrading my phone service with no additional cost. I would recommend her to anyone needing help. Her customer service was phenomenal.

Stopped in to pay a prepay bill. Greeted by 2 friendly associates, both very friendly. Continued to kiosk, ask for assistance. Lexi came and took care of everything..Decided to get new phone, , Lexi and another associates took care of everything. The rest of the staff was very friendly and professional..

We just switched to AT&T and Isaac Peterson was our representative and he was amazing!! He helped us with any questions we had and set our new phones up! He was very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend asking for him in the Port Arthur store!❤

We got tired of dealing with issues from T-Mobile, so we decided to make the switch to AT&T. Davonne was very knowledgeable about all the plans. He made the process of buying new phones, internet, and starting a new line for us so easy. He was really informative and helped us find the most suitable plans that worked best for us. Any time we return to the store we will be asking to speak with Davonne!

Davonne was great help pulling out of the tmobile sprint mess into my new ATT plan. He even help me find my transfer and account number for easy switch

This store was a great experience! Ashley and a store manager, June were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly! We will definitely use this store as our "home" store and recommend it to our friends. Not all AT&T stores are this respectful and professional.

The representative that helped me got me in quickly, worked diligently to address all my concerns and even found a way to improve my services while saving me money! I highly recommend the Memorial Blvd., Port Arthur, TX AT&T location. Everyone I met took care to give me a great customer experience.

I went to the Beaumont store and they didn’t want to help me, said cheaper to order online. I have always had good service in Port Arthur so went there and was pleased again it’s the service. I didn’t have to wait and the sales lady was happy to help me. I was in and out quick and ordered a new IPhone. I will drive farther from here on out.

Reginald was amazing in his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything as we went along and was very patient with me. The best experience I have had with ATT and also the best customer service I've seen anywhere in a long time.

i went into the store to upgrade my phone to the iphone 13 pro max. kevin assisted me with my upgrade, and was absolutely amazing! he was very friendly and fun to hold a conversation with. the other employees wasted no time helping the other customers coming in, and even talked to my boyfriend and i just to see how our day was going. i am very satisfied with my phone and my experience yesterday while upgrading. this is the reason i'm with at&t!

Raquel was very helpful! I do not agree with the previous reviews about her. She gave me all the information I needed to fix my phone. She was super sweet! People are so quick to point out negative experiences so I want to give my positive experience.
