Such a helpful branch!! Mohammed went above and beyond in helping me pack and send a fragile and heavy object. Renae was also so friendly and helpful too. Best UPS experience I have ever had :)

I had such a pleasant experience at this store. Renae was wonderful and very professional. They were able to quickly execute all my needs with an amazing smile.

Okay UPS is never fun but this location is. I usually go right after hitting up the Trader Joe’s in the same shopping center. I always get helped out by Muhammad. I know he sees a lot of people in a day, but he always remembers me and my box number and helps me out. Love this place (as much as anyone can love a mailing center lol)

I’ve been to this location a few times now and the service has always been efficient. The staff is very helpful and there is a notary on site at all times. I would go out of my way to use your location over some other.

I went there today to drop off amazon packages and john the representative there was extremely helpful. I had some heavy packages, and he helped me carry them from my car and packaged them all up for me!

This location is great. The customer service is always top notch and they are one stop shop for UPS returns, USPS returns, and Happy Returns.

I had to visit this UPS Store location because they were open late and I had a package that I had to ship immediately. I arrived just before closing but had trouble pulling up my label. Yasmine was super helpful and patient with me and helped tremendously to get the job done and my package shipped. Way to go Yasmine. Keep that positivity!

So I sent out a package that had painted 3d prints and they were fragile. I didn't feel confident enough of my own packaging so they repackaged it for me. Then it was going to arrive a little sooner than I expected. I was sending it to a friend who was going to be on vacation on the day of delivery. I called and Nathaniel picked up. I ask if there was a way to call the warehouse to where it was going to go before it goes out to delivery. He took my info down and called me back within like five minutes. He was able to make to where they can hold it and deliver it after they get back and before Christmas.

I couldn't be more happier. Thanks you Nathaniel and the rest of the crew here. I wish I could remember their names. Well whoever worked on the 9th were awesome.
