Ms Diane was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I enjoy her being around, her customer service was so welcoming.

Diane was the nicest person I have meet in a store in years! Yes, customer service in general has gone downhill but she was genuinely nice. She greeted me when I walked in, asked if I was finding everything when she saw me in the aisle, and was polite and engaging while I was checking out!

I came to the pharmacy 12 minutes before it closed and they filled my prescription immediately. The insurance hadn’t worked and they ran it through to fix it all within minutes. I am definitely going to be using them for all my future prescriptions!!

Walked in and 2 employees (whose nametags I could not see from where I was but one was stocking and the other had blonde highlights in her hair I think and also an accent, it was around 657PM today) were there to greet me, offer assistance and was even going to check me out even though the self checkout was there and functional. Great quick trip to CVS.

I loved my first experience in Grovetown GA. Ms.Diane the front cashier was very very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions and super sweet!

Whether you need Plan B because of a sleep over or Melatonin because of a lack of sleep, CVS has you covered. Life is too short to put time into assembling home remedies and putting the work in. We need the quick fix! We demand convenience.

This place was originally named Consumer Value Store. They know that we need it all now. Now, now, now.

We are new to town and the lady at checkout made ms feel so welcome. I loved chatting with her and she definitely made me want to visit this location again. I cannot remember her name but she has been working there a long while and I look forward to seeing her again.

The staff has always been friendly and understanding even though they are obviously over-worked. They've saved me money by going the extra mile to get things approved or helping me to find coupons. A great bunch of people here.

Quick courteous service from all personnel. Enforces all CDC guidelines. Social distancing is also followed.

Great customer service

its a pharmacy like all others you will have to wait. i call ahead and order my rx online also, in all the years we've used them i think only once was my rx not ready on time. unfortunately the staff is like all others underpaid and over worked, they are as polite as they can be. if you think they are rude consider this, they are the rx equivalent to mcdonalds. they shovel out stuff all day to thankless people for minimum wage. they also have to deal with people that are in pain or discomfort all day, so the customers are rarely nice or happy.

Cheaper than Walgreens and they always have my prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Staff there is helpful as well.
