The service I received at capsule was incredible. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and present. I like higher end clothing but it usually lacks high end service these days which is frustrating— it’s different with capsule! I was already impressed.. then my receipt and piece of chocolate was served on a silver platter to finish it off. I will be back!

The staff here is AMAZING! Not only do they make you feel like a queen but they are able to find the perfect outfit for you and your shape. And the clothes are incredible! Such a unique selection! You can be guaranteed that you won’t run into someone with the same outfit on! I’ve worn two dresses that I purchased from Capsule at the last two weddings to went to and received so many compliments on both! If you are looking for the perfect dress to wear to that next event, look no further, this is the place!

I love shopping at Capsule! The service is hard to beat. These ladies always help me find the cutest outfits and make wonderful suggestions of things I may not have thought to try myself and end up loving. Another thing I always appreciate is their help accessorizing the pieces of clothing that I have chosen to purchase so that my outfits always feel complete. The quality of the clothing is top notch, and the updates to my wardrobe have given me more confidence. Capsule not only has something for everyone, but truly has the most tremendous service I've ever come across. You'll reimagine your wardrobe and the staff can match your silhouette to new and interesting designers - ones you can't find anywhere else. One person on staff may have my entire closet memorized so I can mix and match and don't OVER buy - they're that good. Their accessories make great gifts and have wonderful prices points. Just do yourself a favor and stumble in.

When I visit family in Augusta, I always make sure to stop by Capsule for a special shopping experience and to freshen up my closet. They carry brands you don’t find at larger stores, and I love being able to try everything on rather than chance it buying online (which they also offer if you’re not local!). The pieces I’ve walked away with are all so unique and well-made, and I get compliments at the office and going out ALL the time. As a retired African American female my visit to Capsule was reminiscent of a different Era. This week 2 friends & i had lunch and decided to browse in a few stores. The third store we visited was Capsule. I saw a classic black dress that I considered buying. I continued to browse to further evaluate my options. I looked over my shoulder & realized a sales clerk was following me straightening all the clothes on hangers I had touched. I walked up to my two friends and asked were they ready. When we exited one of my friends made a comment about being followed around the store. We shared our feelings of frustration. I'm still weighing whether I will ever return.
