Super helpful staff, new store manager already seems to be on a first name basis with the regulars. Apparently some even switched their primary Gamestop just for them and it's easy to see why. Clean, well-organized store and knowledgeable, helpful staff.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon today. I know nothing about video games or systems, and haven’t played a game since the early 2000s….. I purchased a second hand Nintendo Switch for my son’s birthday from a friend. I brought it in, and Brandon not only showed me how to factory reset it, he helped me set up a new profile for my son. He also helped me to pick out age appropriate games like Minecraft and a Pokémon game, as well as accessories like a case and screen protector. Brandon is about to make me look like Mom of the Year unwraps his gifts and for that I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend 11/10.

An excellent place to go to trade in games or buy them! The staff is extremely knowledgeable on every game and gaming system they have! They are always professional and great conversationalists. The staff is so incredible I actually even get excited to go in and see them! They’re wonderful people, the service is quick, and they are always on top of their game! I recommend Gamestop at a Grovetown completely! You will love it, they have a wide variety of systems, games, and little kick knacks throughout the store as well. Wonderful place :)

I set this as my home store because of the staff. They are so friendly and will always talk to you about what’s new and upcoming. It’s a great GameStop and represents the brand well. I love every time I go in there. They are always having sales and promoting something new. A lot of people don’t like GameStop because they say that he GameStop rips you off when you trade in games, but if you actually look at it and you want to get rid of a game it’s worth it. Plus to all of the people who want to buy pre owned games, the only way to do that is by other people trading in games.

Customer Service! The staff is so knowledgeable & caring here. My children are avid gamers, the staff takes their time to educate me on the difference in the systems & why certain consoles won't work for the internet service we have available. This store is small and does not sell electronics like tablets, but they will call another store & hold one for you. 🌟

Great! Employees we're welcoming and didn't take too long for everything, they suggested games didn't waste my time and we're in for a nice convo. Amazing environment for a gamer and brimming with positive energy.

The woman that helped us was very good and sold us on exactly what I already had came in to buy and I got 2 of them... she was very beautiful and sexy as well. I'd love to play some games with her.

AWESOME store! Very well managed. Been going to this location since 2011. I will not go to any other. Anyone who has a problem with this game stop in any way needs mental health treatments. Keep up the good work guys.

I love coming to this Gamestop! Not only is it very close to home, in my opinion its one of the better Gamestops in the area just because I've had the best overall service at this one in particular. After visiting just a few times, they easily recognize you from then on. Its always fun to just talk to them about various games and topics from time to time too.

It's usually difficult for my nephew to find games here. He was able to find exactly what he needed. Especially the excellent customer service we received from Tamica.
