Great customer service. I went in with no idea what I needed or wanted for my child and they walked me through the ins and outs on all the systems for the needs my child had! Really patient and took time with me as well as they didn't push a buy on you

The employees at GameStop are great. The gentleman that helped my son was very helpful and took the time to answer his questions and told him to use Google for more research before he spent his money to make sure what he is trying to do will work.

The staff in this store is hands down awesome. Especially the blonde lady I wish I knew her name. No matter how busy or whenever we go in they're always helpful. They sincerely care about your satisfaction and are always able to make the perfect amount of time for each individuals customers needs without them feeling rushed or like an inconvenience. Beat GameStop around. Nice staff who are obviously excited about the products they sell & really help with answering questions and concerns. We've bought multiple products here & haven't been disappointed with the suggestions made by the staff.

Knowledgeable staff, although the management can be a bit over bearing and pushy. Staff should not be competing with each other for a customer's attention. I personally HATE it when someone comes in and interrupts and interferes in a conversation I am having. It is unprofessional and RUDE.

The staff is always friendly and they know what they're talking about. I'm a regular and so they remember my interests and will let me know when stuff I like is being released and ask if I'd like to pre-order anything, and it's always a nice surprise.

My all time favorite place to be. The staff is great. They'll try their best to help you find a game if you're having a hard time deciding. Overall gamestop is a great store that sadly lazy people who rather buy digital are killing. Gamers need a place to go where they can meet others who share their love of games

Me and my girlfriend LOVE this place, I've been here very very many times because of the service, the workers there are such amazing employees and always willing to help you find what you're looking for. It's really organized inside for such a small space, but I'm not surprised at all that this amazing store and it's workers make it that way.

Went to Game Stop to get an Xbox 360 and some games that I miss playing. They didn't have it. But, they looked anything up; games, console and extra controllers. All shipped to my door. When I got the stuff, one of the controllers had an issue, so I took it back. No problem, swapped right out. The people there are awesome, the ease of ordering was great, and problems were solved as fast as a normal purchase. I think between the two visits I may have spent a total of 20 minutes in there. Oh, everything was shipped in two days, no charge.

I shop here all the time and love the place. They remember us and talk to us like we are close friends. My son enjoys the store and they are always polite even when he is running around like he's crazy.(he is 2 yrs old so they understand)

I visited this gamestop while on vacation and the staff was friendly, personable and funny. When I asked questions they had the answered I needed and even gave opinions on other games and merchandise. I really enjoyed shopping there and will try to come back before my vacation ends.

I went in just to look around and ended up finding a great gift for someone. The employees were very helpful and got me a good deal on the item I was purchasing. If you’re looking for anything game related I’d definitely recommend looking here first!
