Kia and Zach are the most amazing customer service reps I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond to help me with my phone when the 800 number couldn't. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! definitely my go to from now on Keep up the good work y'all are amazing.

Way out at the literal end of the suburban sprawl of Jacksonville is a lone TMobile store. They had everything I needed to upgrade my wife's phone from a Samsung to a Pixel 8.

They are knowledgeable, talkative, and down to earth. Pretty much family by the time I left the store. Great job.

Best TMobile store I have ever been to in Florida, and I have been to a lot! Zach was amazing and super patient with me. He did an awesome job setting up my new phone. He deserves as raise!

I love T-Mobile in Starke, Florida! I had an issue with a cracked screen protector and they removed it for me and ordered a replacement that came in quickly! The young Lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. I highly recommend T-Mobile for all of your phone needs!

We changed in March to
T-Mobile after more than 20 years with Verizon -- my only regret is we didn't do it sooner !! We worked with Dustin, Zach and Shelby-- there are not words to tell you how amazing their customer service is !!! Not only to they take a real interest in any issues that may arise -- but they don't stop yntil the customer is happy !! Not only have we saved alot of $$$,-- we know we are in great hands -- LOVE T-Mobile and their great service ❤

The staff at this location is fantastic! They are so helpful and when you leave the store you feel like you got the best deal!! I would recommend this location to anyone!! They will take great care of you!!

I tried to switch from Verizon to T-mobile through T-mobile's customer service call center. The people I delt with were rude and incompetent. After being repeatedly disconnected, I traveled to the Starke store to call customer service from the shop. The customer care people remained impossible to deal with and I was ready to give up totally on T-mobile when a young man named Zach came over to help me. Zach was the most professional, knowledgeable and calm person I had dealt with up to this point. If not for him I would not have come to T-mobile. I subsequently met Nikia, Justin and Dustin who were all very, very impressive as well. If you do anything with T-mobile, I would recommend dealing with the folks at the Starke store. I wish I could give them and Zach more than 5 stars. They really are awesome.

Came in this evening with a broken phone..Miss Morgan and Justin worked for a few hours to get my business account phone issues handled! Would recommend them to anyone they went way above and beyond for us! Thank's for being such a wonderful team! 🥰

I live in TX. My mom lives in Starke Fl and she had shared her phone with a code to a scammer by mistake. She went to Tmobile to ask for a phone number change and the lady there was the nicest person. She went above and beyond to help her regain her phone number on google so that the scammers could not use it. My mom is bilingual and english can be difficult at times. I'm extremely greatful for this lady, as is my mom. Big shout out to Tmobile in Starke for assisting her even though it's not part of their normal sevices 😊

I'm giving the Starke location a 5 star. Great customer service. The macclenny location is not getting a star bc horrible customer service and right hand doesn't know what left hand is going. I would stay away from macclenny location.

Mandy and her team were phenomenal. It was the best in-store mobile phone and internet experience.I have ever had.

Excellent service all the way round!! Kind, courteous and very respectful!! Had a hard time getting bubbles and such. Still has bubbles but it's okay. Lol I like bubbles!
