This is a great strip center with a brand new Publix as the anchor. It includes a number of our favorite restaurants...Florence and The Spice Boys, Apolonia, Origin Pizza.

Great service and menu but it can get party load at times. Nice outdoor seating when things cool off.

Had a delicious dinner of grouper tacos. Food and service were excellent!

Thank God the Publix is back it's all brand new instead of the art amazing you know it's not balcony you can eat outside all of Sarasota should check it out!

Excellent Shopping Center, with a full service Electric charging station for your car, RIGHT next to a Starbucks! What a treat! Not stuck off in the back of the mall or some inconvenient place. This is an excellent place to charge your car, AND enjoy a coffee while you wait! There is other restaurants within a SHORT walking distance.... Olive Garden, and a few others. This will be my "place" when I am running errands in Sarasota when I need to charge and relax. The charging station has amazingly fast 50KW DC as well as standard charging.

Food was very gd. Had shrimp scampi. Waitress very good and obviously experinced.

Happy place to buy paint acrilic for my grand niece. Good prices too at Joanne!

This is a varied shopping center. From optometry to fabrics to great eateries and soon - a new Publix. Great shopping spot with adequate parking and easy exit and entry

The Landings is THE best strip mall in the area. It offers a variety of shopping for everyone. Great choices for the whole family!

I have lived here for 50 years. I was raised on Siesta Key and then raised a child there. I love this shopping center. The publix and the Bank and The dollar tree. I eat at the olive garden twice a month for family dinner. Nothing but good things to say. Except this. That parking lot was filled with beautiful,old , large Oak Trees. They made the place a wonderful place to park,shop, have lunch all while having beautiful shade trees. They couldn't wait to chop all those down It makes me sad. Like when I drive back home from there and back over the bridge to Siesta Key, my home, where I was raised and where I then raised a son.
Which now resembles any other tourist trap Island that the ?Gary's of the world have poured cement all over. Do Garys marry Karens ?????

Who doesn't love breadsticks? If you don't, then try their mouths, watering pasta or soup and salad.

The Landings has a great variety of eateries and nice clean stores. (Except the dollar tree - that place is filthy inside). Easy in and out of the lot and nice wide parking aisles. A great place to make your home base shopping center.

Always good service and great food. Highly recommend a cheese ravioli and meat sauce.

We stopped at Publix to get a few things. This is a nice plaza with adequate parking and lots of good restaurants and shops. Publix was clean and checkout was quick and easy. If it wasn't for the high prices at Publix, I would shop here more often. The store was very clean and it is always a pleasure to shop at Publix.

Great value for salad, bread and soup ! Always good food and lots of cheese.
