Elly is the best! I purchased a Stetson today (5JAN24) and she went above and beyond the call of duty ensuring that my hat had the best fit. She shaped my hat, informed me on the proper care of my Stetson, and she applied my badges with pinpoint accuracy. All while providing professional, courteous, sociable, and prompt customer service. She’s a keeper Wondering Cowboys!!

I once went to this location and an associate told me that I would have to buy a brand new Stetson. I went back in January 2023 and Ms Dana brought my 7 YEAR OLD STETSON BACK TO LIFE!!! She was a professional and definitely took the time out to make sure my Stetson looked and smelled BRAND NEW! Highly recommended location and DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED ASSOCIATE!

This store is AWESOME! The employees are very welcoming and helpful and do their best to help you find what you need. prices are very affordable compared to other stores like cavenders. 100% will be shopping there again!

This is the place to go if you are looking for hats and boots at a great price!, the staff was very helpful with all my needs and questions, I ended up with a pair of boots in the end that I couldn’t ask a better price for locally go check this place out,you won’t be disappointed

Customer service could use better Training

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. If you value either one go to cavenders instead. Overpriced and rude employees. I had came in looking for a stetson but when I entered two employees were in the back of the store talking while customers needed assistance. Once they were done chatting ( after a good while) I finally got some help but even then while others around me needed help one of the two chose to be on their phone instead. The one that had helped me was extreamly rude during the entire ordeal. Poor customer service and extremely high prices! Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

Every single review is spot on. The employees are rude. The customers are the only reason they get a pay check so you think they could have just a touch of customer service. I'll spend more any where else just to not deal with those trashy employees.

First time Stetson buyer, asked the manager what the Stetson included, i.e., Cav Sabers, rank etc, not knowing they only sold the Stetson, chord, and chin strap, and everything else is bought separately. The manager answered dismissively and annoyed; not user friendly. Nevertheless I purchased the Stetson, but left dissatisfied with the customer service. I can only imagine what the most junior Soldier experiences when buying a Stetson from this location.

I bought a Stetson case and realized I didn’t need it, I come in the next day to return it and they refuse to have it returned. Everyone there is rude for no reason. Nowhere does it say “all CAV sales are final” this is a hat case not an actual hat or stetson. Do not buy anything from here they over charge for everything on top of that
