I would like to acknowledge "Noah" at the CVS located at 100 Providence Main St NW G Suite G, Huntsville, AL 35806. I was having a rough day with my husband being in ICU at Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville, TN. And I needed to get back to him as soon as possible. Noah was most helpful, kind, and empathetic to my situation and helped me with everything I needed and thanks to his assistance I was able to get back on the road to Nashville to be with my severely ill husband. If I could give him 10 or 20 stars I would. Because of the excellent service I received from Noah, I will be conducting all of my future pharmaceutical business with this CVS. Thank you!

I always LOVE this branch… they have professional employees. I would like to mention very sweet lady called Abigail (Abby) she is very helpful person, nice and smile with all customers. Every time I go to do any purchase she ask how she can help me :) she is very fast when I do check out because I do my purchases in separate transactions to use my extra bucks that I earned with great patience. Appreciate her kinds. I will keep shopping there 🙋🏻‍♀

I like this CVS .. I can find many stuff I need it with good deals. All employees very nice.. Abby .. Noah and Lena … they are helpful… smiling with all customers, they encourage me to do more purchases there … I will do definitely 🤭

Staff is friendly and helpful every time, especially Abby!! She always make sure to go out of her way to take care of me!

I have always been a fan of Walgreen’s but Abby, the manager there, has made me a CVS fan. When I’m losing my brain and can’t find something, I can always ask her and she helps me quickly and efficiently. She makes my day every time I come in!

Earlier today my fiancée went here to purchase a pulse oximeter but they did not have it in stock. The cashier (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was nice enough to call other CVS’s to see if they had it in stock. She asked my fiancée if she was needing it for a door dash order, which she didn’t, she was getting it for me due to me being sick and having bad asthma. The cashier replied with stating she had one at home and she wish she had it with her because she would just give it to her. Even though this may seem like a small deal to others, it was very warming to know there is someone that caring and thoughtful working there. Whoever she is, I hope the company gives her some credit for trying and being super nice because I know it can be rare to have great customer service sometimes.

Shea was excellent in helping solve a question about a CVS Print order. She went out of her way to double check the order and also got the GM to help verify. She was awesome!

Not sure why the reviews are low here but this was my 1st time visiting this location & was very impressed. I came in for cosmetics because the store in Athens where I live acted like it was an issue when I returned some products with my receipt! I noticed right off the bat that all their Covergirl cosmetics were nice & neat. At home they were all out of order & just not stocked properly. The reason I know these were placed correctly was because they were out of a shade I wanted so I thumbed through the other rows. Not only was the store nice & clean, Timothy was very nice & greeted me as I walked in & asked if I needed any help. This store needs to show the CVS in Athens how to treat their customers & how to keep their merchandise stocked right! Good job 👍

They are always friendly and helpful, I love this CVS. I am relatively new to Huntsville and they helped me get my insurance figured out prescriptions moved to them, when I first got here.

Porsche went out of her way to help me get my meds quickly for my daughter !! Not only that, she helped me with savings because it wasn't covered by insurance! Thank you!

Best deals and really nice staff in the pharmacy and in the front! Very obviously understaffed, but mad props to the staff for still always being so positive, even under stress!

First time at this particular store ran across it when I was looking for a nearby UPS drop off. Service was great, the cashier was very efficient courteous very fast service will be returning again thanks so much for the great service.
