Called for my Son looking for a gift for someone I called ahead to see if the item was on stock and it was at a good price.

This is literally my favorite location at Pendleton Pike and has the best service hands down I have ever experienced from a GameStop location. I've worked with Ashley multiple times. They has never let me down and always strives to provide amazing customer service. I'm so happy to have a pro membership with GameStop and so fortunate to have such a great staff location close to home. I encourage anybody who's looking for a system or a game or video game paraphernalia to purchase it. This location and more specifically from Ashley.

Great experience during the holiday season. The staff was great and can take a great joke.

They were very helpful, and they didn't mind that I came in 10 minutes till close. Both the guy and the girl who are working we're very communicative. I loved how educated they were about their product. I am one of those people who like to ask questions and they had an answer for all of my questions. Definitely recommend this place to others. However yes, if you do go here in the daytime expect a wait.

I usually only go in here for my bf or son, got my son a couple things in here and they are always ready with answers for questions we may have as far as games and systems or any of their other merchandise. Overall all my trips here have been a pretty good experience. Bought my bf a God of War T shirt, got my son a Mario shirt half price! The nice clerk behind the counter was the one that told us the shirts were buy one get one half off when I was already going to purchase one. Figured I may as well go ahead with the 2nd and make both the guys in my life happy ( bf & son)

Usually great 2 visit, window shop & eventually make a purchase @some point (once I get gaindul.emoyment, tht is).. GS Sales Team is commonly friendly & vry knowledgeable & passionate about Gaming. As long as they don't pressure sale me, I will always shop thm & recommend thm. Ths Store - always good 4 it. Many years my place 2 shop 4 Gaming needs.

GameStop is an amazing place to go get only the finest games. I usually get a lot of games there, but I get used games a lot also. And they make those used games look almost brand new to me. They do an EXCELLENT job!

The staff was super friendly and super helpful they even took time to call another store to find the product I wanted.
