Great store super clean the representatives very knowledge Abigail and Abraham the store manager helped me with all my questions and upgrades. If anyone wants to be helped and upgrade 10/10 store will be bringing my family to upgrade at this location

Fast, creative, and great sale pitch!

Went in to fix my SIM, leaving with an upgrade, and I’m probably going back tomorrow to buy an iPad at his suggestion.

Angel helped me today. He was amazing, great customer service. The environment was very good, clean and following CDC guidelines.

Adam was incredible! He is the Tech man. I came in completely hopeless. He was patient and knowledgeable. He was able to transfer my photos that have all the most precious memories my contacts info with a unhelpful previous phone. Paula was also great her customer service skills are on point. Your team here is AWESOME! We need a lot more of that in Pico Rivera. Thank you! I continue to be happy with my ATT service.

First of all your computers are down they couldn't help to sit all we had to go back a second time, and there was only one person in the store to help us when we went the second time and he really didn't tell us all about the phone because he was trying to hurry and get us out of there so he can help the next customer. He never explained to us that we needed a charger. We walked out with the phone that was a good thing that he had it in stock but I asked him how to use this phone is it just swipe up I mean he meant to be a good rep however, should leave somebody alone in this. Store to take care of four or five customers waiting it was absurd. I blame it on the company and I blame it a little on the roof where to go to another store to figure out that we need to buy another charger which I couldn't understand anyway.

I came into the store knowing what I was gonna do, which was get a new phone with a new line and new number. Jesus was very helpful, and it was a quick & easy process. Definitely will come back for any future needs. Thank you Jesus for your great customer service.

Honestly hands down Alexis was the most helpful person in the store. i appreciate her for helping me have a smooth checkout. She explained to me good details about my line change. She had so much patience with me and so much information to give me. Definitely will be coming back!

I went into the Pico Rivera AT&T to transfer my phone service from T-Mobile. I was assisted by Alvaro and the manager Trey. Not only did they help me select a phone but they got me a great deal on my plan. They were very patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The whole staff at this location was great

The gentleman, Elias was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of questions and need Ed to make a lot of changes to my account and he did so very patiently and was able to resolve all my issues and requests quickly.

I am here on a travel crisis assignment and was in need of a watch. Ended up stopping by the AT&T store located at 9077 WHITTIER BLVD. I was greeted by Vanessa who was so helpful. She went over my bill, looked at the best option for me to purchase a new watch, saved me some money. With the help of Mary Lou (another AT&T worker), I was very pleased with my visit. I have been with AT&T many years and I have NEVER had this kind of experience with AT&T. I am still shocked at how nice and helpful they were.

Adam Z needs a raise. Super knowledgeable. Really nice guy. Made you feel like family. Went in for a payment. Left with 2 apple watches and saved money.

We went in to upgrade a phone. Vanessa met us and when we said “upgrade” she immediately knew exactly what to do to get it done. She gave us options that provided the best prices and plans.

I enjoy going to the At&T store in Pico Rivera the customer service is great. I have gone in several times to add lines and get new cell phone and a ipad. My go to person is Vanesa she always welcomes you with a smile, a wonderful service. Thank You for all your help.

Louis was a great help with all our watch and phone needs. Very nice and helpful gentleman. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and didn’t have to wait at all.

The store follows Covid rules. Staff were friendly and greets you as you enter. Ms Vanesa assisted us and give us good informations and deals with regards to our phone upgrade. Great Job👏👏👏
