Big Lots

I walked into this location after a day of moving. I had just mounted my TV on the wall, only to realize I had broken my remote. I stopped at 3 other places trying to find a universal remote, unsuccessfully.

Not only did Big Lots have them, they were also well priced. Best of all, since I was so worn out from the day moving, I simply asked a worker if they had them, hoping to directed to abouts the location. I was pleasantly pleased to not only get the *exact* location of said item, but also quick check out and great overall service.

Dont sleep on Big Lots! This locations employees are top tier.

Biglots continues to be a favorite place for unique quality items at a good price. You can buy furniture, household, clothing, electronics and food. This time I am looking for Halloween stuff. They have some of the best Halloween decorations of every store I have visited. They also have Halloween items for pets

Great selection. The staff is so kind. They always have carts. Love the sales. They keep the store very neat. Great holiday stuff & furniture.

Allisonville location seems to carry more items than all the other locations. I miss that location, whenever I am at the side of town I definitely visit

Big Lots was running some great Thanksgiving Day deals - so we stopped by and got what we needed. It's important to note that the employees were in a GREAT mood, despite having to work on the holiday.

Aiden was suck a wonder help! He was so patient and informative and a wonderful multi tester ! Even offered to help carry things to the car! Very good customer service!He definitely deserves a raise !

A gentleman name Matt was the best representative of big lots I have ever met! He went over and beyond to assist me. A fireplace that had sold out in other locations he assisted me with locating the last one. Took the time to answer my questions about sale dates etc. I went to a previous location and they was rude didn’t attempt to assist, I even got the response of if you don’t see it in the area we don’t have it. I tried to ask about sale days and those reps had no answers.. this location is now my new favorite Big Lots thanks to Matt!

Went in and browsed around and none of the staff asked if I needed help. Some of the prices were definitely over priced. I used to love going to this store for the discount prices, seems as though they’ve caught up to all the other big chain stores around. I will continue to come in and browse around looking for the miscellaneous deals. The cashier was extremely nice upon check out .

We have been shopping at Big Lots for years. Only issue I've had this last season was I couldn't find any fleece sheets for pur bes. They were the first place I purchased them from but this season they didn't have any. Thet offered the best prices possible in prior years but this season there was none. Wish I could find more 9f these sheets. They are the best. You don't even need a mattress warmer with these sheets. Will keep looking for more.

I love this store. I've actually been shopping here for years. It is really not the cheapest place to go anymore, but there are a lot of cute little odds and ends that you may not find anywhere else. Plus, the stores is always a quick in and out...which I also love!

Had a great time at Big Lots today! Whether you need furniture, food, storage, toys, etc. they have it here. The workers were really nice and efficient. I even got a rewards card! I’m glad I could get some snacks, a recycling bin, and a cute basket all in the same place! I will definitely be back!

I'm impressed! It's been a while since I've been in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially my cashier! Employees were wearing their masks properly, and social distancing measures were in effect. The store and lot were clean. I didn't expect it to look so organized during Christmas season, because it hasn't in years past. Good work.

Recently purchased a couch at this location and the experience was superb. Aidan assisted us through the whole purchasing process from beginning to end and it was clear he was very knowledgeable. His friendliness and honesty were much appreciated!

Recently went to Big Lots for Holiday décor and we found a whole bunch of cute dog related pieces. Everything was already 30% off and they had another 20% off Holiday Décor for Big Lot's Members. Of course I love BG on a regular day but I'm excited about my recent finds.

Wow! This is probably the friendliest location I've ever been in. Not that others weren't, but they really showed excellent customer service. Exchanged a space heater from another location with no problem & even found some products that I'd been unable to find at other locations. I believe I spoke with a manager (unbeknownst to me) & he was very kind. Gotta love Big Lots

You know Big Lots is a good place to find something different (home decor, seasonal items), especially when you're not looking for anything in particular!

This store has everything! They keep it stocked with unique items for a great price. I fund myself buying my snacks for the week because they're affordable. The staff always welcomes me with a smile and that makes the experience worth it.
