Macy's

Picked out our new espresso machine here last month. We received great service and are really enjoying our new Breville Barista Express. If you are remotely into coffee, you will love this machine. I'm glad we were able to find it locally to check it out first and at a great price as well.

Lot's of good sales and all their Christmas is 50% off. On the second floor they have a area that's TJ Mac's. Got these jammies for $16. I tried different perfumes on an then couldn't remember the bottle to the cent. 🤣😂🤣

I love Macy’s during the holidays . It always brings me so much cheer , reminding me of distant memories as a child with my grandparents shopping for Christmas presents. The over all experience was great and the employees were amazing in helping me find what I was looking for. Highly recommend this Macy’s .

Wonderful shopping experience, friendly staff! Jean jacket I loved was available only in larger size, but no problem, kind sales lady arranged for my size to be shipped to my house at no charge within next 2-3 days. Thank you Macy's!

I was shocked at how many people were there. It used to be packed. Hardly any one in the mall. Macy's was great! I love Macy's . I hope they stay!!

Went to Macy's to buy a suit for my 17 year old son. While browsing, we were approached by a young man (employee) who helped us with everything we needed. He was very acknowledgeable & friendly. I wish I could remember his name. All around nice guy.

I ordered a pair of sandals online but had to return them. When I got to Macy's I was helped in the shoe department by a wonderful sales person I think her name was Cindi and was part time.She put the service back in customer service and that's why I will come back to Macy's again..

Best stocked and selection for a Macy's. It has that feel of how they used to be. Love the addition of the value store and toys-r-us.

Friendly employees. I love ordering on line and picking up in the store. If it's something I don't like or doesn't fit, I return it right there. I just love the Merritt Square Mall Macy's. So much more than Melbourne and the most helpful sales associates I've ever encountered. The store is out of my way but worth the drive. Lots of inventory.

Wish they had a larger choice.
But the cashier wash the most helpful person. Besides the return lady. I have ever delt with.

I really nice Macy's, has a little bit of the old Jordan Marsh class left in it.

Terry in the woman's shoe department is AMAZING!!!!! I have been in the store at least 5 times in the last month and every time I see her she has a huge smile on her face, and is extremely helpful. She truly makes shopping there a better experience when other areas may be lacking.

There is also a woman in the perfume department, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she has long colored hair and she was awesome as well.

Love Macy's Sales. You can always find something that's a great deal. This trip was a return. Seldom does anything need to be returned...but isn't it great that there isn't any hassle when you DO need to return something. Time to park, walk into store, get to return dept, return, walk back through store, through parking lot, back in car, ready to leave...less than 15 minutes!!! Love it

Great bingo on Thursday nights with reasonable prices. Food is really good. They have raffles between breaks for prizes. Everyone is friendly and helpful.🤗
