Love that they put one in North Augusta. Great that I can drop off my reg mail whenever I go to the store. Great customer svc. Very quick to get in and out. The only issue against the place is the parking. Not enough as there are three restaurants in the small strip area. Thanks so much

They are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful I live in Augusta where there are several ups stores but I always come to North Augusta because they are the best

I like coming to this location! The service is prompt and there's never really a line. The customer service is great and each time we go here we are treated with kindness and respect. Pro tip, use the parking lot and the back entrance instead of trying to street park on the front side. It makes it so much easier to get in and out.

I had an item packaged and shipped at this location and the customer service was top notch. We had an issue with damage and the store went above and beyond in making it right and they also handled the whole claim from start to finish with UPS which was very convenient. From now on I will be sure to use this location to Do all my packing and shipping.
