Evan is so Amazing this is the 3rd time we have worked with him. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

My associate that I dealt with was awesome. He was patient with me and all my issues. He did an awesome job, but I forgot to get his name. But he has a nice pyramid like tattoo on his left arm.

Evan was really helpful and was willing to stay late to fix my phone! Even had a great sense of humor!!

Isaiah was absolutely the BEST! I had so many questions and not only was he able to answer them, but do so in a manner that was easy to understand.

Came back Feb 24 and these guys are always great!

Verizon is blessed to have someone with his knowledge and willingness to help their customers feel comfortable with their new phones!

We upgraded our daughter to an iPhone14 this week and that made me finally give in and trade in my Note8 I bought in 2017. For both phones we had the help of Josh, you can't miss him, he's the guy who is about 6'6". He was awesome.

For my phone especially, it turns out it was so close to death that it took forever to transfer everything to my new phone. He was incredibly patient through the whole process even though it took so long.

In the end, my daughter and I both got new phones and want to thank Josh for his help.

Great experience purchasing a new phone in-store. Garrett was very helpful and patient and made the purchase a pleasure. Current shortage on many models of devices isn't their fault so I was happy with my purchase even if it isn't what I intended to purchase it serves the purpose and saved me $$

I stopped in because I needed help replacing my screen protector and the Verizon employee was so helpful. He didn’t charge me and was nice and quick. I appreciate him taking the time to assist.
