Turner Drugs Tourist Prescription Service

Turner offers a delivery service into Disney; I have used it twice in the last week. Flawless! Wonderful! Took all the worry out of matters.

I spoke to two ladies there, one on each occasion. Very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Very clear communication and a quick delivery to the front desk at the Disney hotel we were staying at.

Compared to getting an Uber (say) there and back, whilst being ill (in my case) the service was a ‘no brainer’…

The second delivery was for prescribed medication, the doctor we liaised with simply forwarded the script to Turner and it was like clockwork… and compared to prices we have paid before, reasonable.

Most important feedback, very polite, very helpful, very clear explanation about procedures…

I want to provide a fantastic review for Turner Drugs. They have cared for several of my family members for quite a few years now, including my mother who is now 99 years young. Each and every day they treat us like family. Just today, they called me to advise me of a possible allergy for one of the medications. They discussed the possible reactions, including severity, reviewed the other options and then called the physician to ensure the issue was resolved. I can't recommend them enough.

My child has not missed a single day of her medication in 16 years, until I somehow managed not to bring it on our much anticipated trip to Disney. When I realized what I'd done I honestly thought we'd have to go home. Thank God I found Turner Drugs. They worked with me to transfer her meds from her regular pharmacy & delivered them to our hotel the very next day. And the price was cheaper than my local Walmart. On my end, all it took was a phone call and our trip was back on track. Cannot thank them enough! They truly are life savers.

Needed a prescription filled urgently while on vacation. Turner Drugs made the process so easy. The pharmacist called about 5 minutes after I had got off the phone with my dr and had already filled the prescription and told me things we needed to be aware of. They even delivered the medication to our resort within about 20 minutes (or less) of receiving it from our Dr. They do deliveries up until 6pm, which is when they close.

I love Turner Drugs. A couple months ago when CVS, Walgreens, and Publix did not have children’s liquid Tylenol in stock, they did. A couple days ago we needed a RX from CVS for our child’s ear infection and they were back ordered, but Turner was able to fill the prescription and we were even able to use our insurance. I stop in here often for a snack when I am in the area, they have a wide selection of candy, ice cream, etc, along with over the counter and prescriptions. The employees are very fast at filling prescriptions, eager to help me find what I need, and always very friendly.

100% recommend using Turner Drugs! They went above and beyond to help me get my prescription to Disney without me having to do anything but make a phone call. It made a situation that could have been insanely stressful, easy and didn’t interrupt my trip at all!

I have been using Turner Drugs in Celebration since I moved here from NJ in 2004. I cannot rave enough about this pharmacy. The pharmacists are always willing to listen and help in any way they can. They will go up and above to assist you. The workers are all courteous and kind. My prescriptions were filled within minutes of dropping them off. A wonderful pharmacy that makes filling prescriptions so easy. The store is clean and stocked well with over the counter merchandise.

I heard about Turner Drugs from our Disney Resort. I needed a few first aid and baby items and expected the order to be considerably more expensive than if I went to a local retail/chain store. I was very surprised to find that the cost of the items and the delivery charge are very reasonable and they deliver right to the resort. I highly recommend Turner Drugs and I'm keeping their card for future stays.

The owner here is absolutely wonderful. Our daughter got sick and ended up in the hospital for 3 days while we were down for vacation and then was discharged on antibiotics. The first 2 pharmacies my husband went to could not fill the medicine because it required compounding but Turner drugs was able to do it AND to help make it taste better (which has been a godsend since she has to take it 3 times a day for 9 days!). They were also great with my son who accompanied my husband on the drop off, just very friendly, very knowledgeable people. If we ever find ourselves in need of medicine in Orlando again, we will definitely get it from Turner Drugs.

My family of 6 has received nothing but 5 star service from Turner Drugs for 10 years. At Turner, we're NEVER just a number, we're treasured customers and it's been that way since our first visit. They take the time to go the extra mile in making sure our needs are met. They are always pleasant and their delivery service has helped us on countless occasions when it wasn't convenient to stop by the store. They are always willing to answer questions and never make us feel bad when we ask them. We will not trust our pharmaceutical needs to anyone else, even if it means saving us money by using the Rx-by-mail programs that our insurance company offers. We prefer the personalized service we receive at Turner Drugs over relying on an unknown, distant phone rep. We appreciate you Turner Drugs team!

My father started having issues with knee pain during our family Disney vacation. We were directed to Turner Drugs by the First Aid station. Their website was easy to shop & we had a knee brace waiting at our hotel desk when we got back.

Had a sick kiddo while at Disney that needed relief fast. They opened 2 hours earlier than another pharmacy that delivers in the area and delivered before the other place opened for only $12. Very happy with the service.

Listen. When you're 1100 miles from home with a badly infected tooth that has been hurting for 3 days and ruining your trip, you become desperate Turner Drugs delivered antibiotics to our Disney resort same day and I will forever be grateful that this service is an option. They don't bill your insurance but will provide you with a claim and receipt to file on your own to be submit if you'dlike. The antibiotics cost us $23 and $9 for delivery and it was worth every penny. I can't thank them enough and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We visit Turner Drugs on a monthly basis for new prescriptions and regular refills (and snacks, of course). We have used many pharmacies over the years including mail order and Walgreens; there is a reason we will continue using Turner. As someone who is completely dependent upon a pharmacy to provide life saving medications, I put my full trust in Turner. The communication with the pharmacist is excellent. They won’t hesitate to call with any questions or if there is any kind of delay in filling my specialty meds. There have been many times when they have gone above and beyond for me and my family. It’s so great to have a hometown pharmacy that knows your name when you walk through the door and will help you out with your individual, specific needs. I cannot recommend Turner Drugs enough. 5 stars!

My daughter's inhaler jammed and we needed a new one. Turner Pharmacy was able to refill a current prescription and deliver it to the resort that evening. Super easy, super fast and super friendly. I could rest at night knowing that we were prepared for an asthma attack. Plus they mailed me the paperwork that I needed for a claim when I left it behind. Thanks, Turner Pharmacy. Wish there were more businesses out there like you!

I forgot to pack my Niccotine gum for my trip to Disney. The Animal kingdom concierge helped me find Turner Drugs when I asked him about using Uber to go to a pharmacy personally. They were very personable and considerate. The lady verified that the Gum didn’t have aspartame and completed my order. The delivery was an hour earlier than promised and the driver was great! I’ve done without in the past but now that I know about Turner drugs, I won’t have to.

We needed medicine while at Disney they delivered same day to the front desk in a relatively fast manor. Extremely helpful when you don’t have transportation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We came to disney on vacation and one of the kids became sick. Had our doctor call in a script to Turner Drugs (Disney recommended) and they delivered the RX to our hotel on Disney property. Not only that, we tried to go to the park anyway and called them and they rerouted the driver to bring it to the park! Then when our 9 year old got too sick to stay at the park, they rerouted it again and sent it to the hotel. Just can't say enough about their professionalism and desire to serve the customer (much like Disney). And the price we great. Thanks for saving the day!

A great place! Super convenient. Huge parking lot, and it's right by the parking. Lots of fun toys for kids to look at, like Beanie Boos. Nice things like cards and gift magnets. The staff are really nice and there's no line. Glad I found this pharmacy!
