They have a big wall of items that you'd need during a move, and when one of my boxes broke, i didnt have to go too far to buy another one to replace it because they have it all! We moved from Michigan to Orlando in July and didn’t really think a storage company could “wow” us but Value Store-It has!! They truly deserve 5 stars!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the Celebration site - every single person we’ve talked to - Very clean and secure facility, have always been able to access our unit on the 3rd floor at any time within their hours of access - there are always enough flatbed carts to use, good amount of space at the circle drive in the back, everything you need in the store if you’re missing a lock, box cutter, etc.

Not to mention they were much more affordable than some other facilities we quoted in the area. So glad we went with them and would recommend to anyone!

Amazing customer service! Rob was super friendly and thorough in every step of the rental process. We found the perfect unit to fit my storage needs at an awesome price. He went through the lease in great detail, happily explaining any terms I inquired about along the way. I had the keys to my storage unit in hand within 20 minutes! Have never had any issues accessing my unit I have owned for going on three years now. The place is always clean well lit and air conditioned. The one thing I wish it had was a better entrance as it can get crowded and hard to pull through at times but for the location its a great value
