AT&T Store

Jonathan has been our go-to guy for the past 8 years or so. His professionalism is top notch and he always makes sure we leave satisfied. Even after moving to Middleburg i still prefer to drive to San Jose to give him my business

Jonathan Peters was outstanding to work with. His knowledge, advice, attention to detail, and patience while assisting are, (in our opinion) attributes worthy of acknowledging. I was in on Saturday 5/13 as my phone was broke Aaron was so very helpful. He took the time Saturday Sunday and Monday to help me try to resolve my repair issues...and he and the staff were very attentive and patient as I was in and out trying to resolve warranty and repairs. And filing a claim...I am Soo very appreciative and Thankful for Aaron and his PATIENTS.
He helped me resolve it all.
I will be sending anyone I hear of in need of a phone to AT&T..to this location to see him.

So we walked in and obviously were put on a waiting list. You definitely cannot get upset because going into a phone store you always know that you will probably be waiting depending on the time of day. It was a little odd because it was like 2 in the afternoon but we only waited about 10 minutes before we were helped.
It was an awesome experience, I was putting my son on my mother's phone line and they were awesome enough to let her leave and let me continue after she added me. When I tell you I am switching after 12 years from T-Mobile to AT&t, I am. So that can just tell you how not only are their plans awesome, but so are like the trade-in value of your phone!!

I really appreciate the excellent service that Chris provided as we bought a new phone and upgraded another. He patiently answered every question and helped us find the best deals. The store manager is outstanding as well and the very busy store is organized and efficient. Overall I highly recommend this store!

Ty and Jason made sure I was helped on a couple of issues! They got my $100 rebate posted to my account and earlier I needed a technical service which Ty took care of. All this happened when they were extremely busy but they took time to get my information and keep me informed of the process!

Amazing service provided at this location. These guys got me in out and so quick with curbside service-it was raining and I had to leave so one of the employees walked me to my car with an umbrella. They also diagnosed my issue quickly and found a remedy for it. It’s so nice to have service like this after a long time.

Shana is amazing and went above and beyond in helping me get my Christmas gift, which was a samsung smart watch galaxy 5. She strives to help customers and having customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend seeing her when you come to this location.

Omg! I dropped my iPhone and it went totally blank, would turn on or anything. I tried everything I could find to try and hard reset and eventually came into this store to replace it. Jules helped me and she was amazing! She assisted me with every aspect of replacing it and tried a few things and was able to turn it back on! What a life saver…thank you Jules for such great service!

We were assisted today in a phone transaction for my mom. First of all, there was plenty staffing, so we had no wait. Go AT&T!! We were assisted by Rachel, who provided customer service second to none!!! She explained everything including plan options quite clearly and thoroughly. Rachael’s boss, please reward her in some way! She was amazing!!!
