W🤩W!!!! That gardening center!!

I was at the garden center last night and spoke to so many helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people!

There was a gentleman out front watering the Palm trees who I got some very good advice from and who was extremely helpful. I then went inside and was blown away by the quality and quantity of plants they had there! It was very well laid out - perennials easy to find. A woman, whose name I believe was Jean, was also extremely helpful and took time to answer many of my questions.

I then went inside the actual building to look for an outdoor cabinet to store towels in, for our pool area. What I wanted to see was high on a shelf. Without blinking another female employee told me that it was no problem and she immediately went and got a hi-low, so that she could bring it down for me to look at.

I have never been so blown away by the quality of service at any retail establishment and mind you this was near closing time.

I went back out to the garden center really quick to get one other plant and was very kindly greeted by another male employee. He let me know that I could take all the time I needed, but that the outdoor garden door was now locked and I would have to exit through the store. Never did he make me feel rushed.

The employees last night should be commended. I will definitely be back for my gardening needs!

I always go to Lowe's for my plant projects, but this time I decided to visit The Home Depot. I found a Trescandia (Wandering jew plant) Burgundy. I chose this plant because purple is my favorite color and I also want to eventually build a living wall of vining plants on my lanai. I thought this plant would be a beautiful color against the yellow walls.This vine is a low-maintenance plant. It likes bright indirect sunlight and medium to moist soil. So far I have it sitting on the table with a few other plants. I eventually will pot up the vining plants in my collection and place them on the walls of the lanai. This plant was a very affordable and great condition. It also has little flower blooms on it as well.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for over 20 years. This one is my favorite even though its not the closest by a half a mile. Today I bought a replacement wheel for a wheelbarrow. Some photos attached from my trip today.

The staff at this location always seem very willing to help and are also very knowledgeable. The location is really convenient for me and I come in here at least three or four times a week. Definitely a good spot for contractors in the local area.

The paint department rocks! Went today for paint help for my barn, and they were more than helpful. The lady that worked there was on point! Thank you!

Seems like there's more Home Depots around so in case one doesn't have it you don't have to go too far to get to another one

This is my go to. We always get our Christmas trees here every year. This year I bought a tree and got it home and just was not happy with the height. I felt terrible about taking it back but I paid $50 for it and I wanted to be 100% happy. I took it back and they let me pick out a new tree (no hassle) and let me keep the old tree (that I donated)

Totally love home Depot as they always have what I need from home and garden, lumber, and hardware. The staff is always on point to help you with whatever you need. Thank you Home Depot and your staff.

We had a great experience specifically in the paint department at this Home Depot location over the past month. We returned several times for questions throughout our paint project and Michael, Dennis and David were extremely, kind patient and helpful each time we came and asked for assistance.

I would just like to thank Monica for being so helpful during our visit. Normally, we run into a staff member who doesn’t really care about the project we are working on but Monica really did. She was knowledgeable, kind, professional, patient, and made our experience so much easier. Definitely found our new Home Depot. Give her a raise and a promotion. She deserves it.

Great place friendly associates in every department. One terrible drawback the lighting outside in the evenings are HORRIBLE. Bring a flashlight if your shopping after daylight

Great place to shop so.etime you need to look around for what you're looking for, but if you ask, they help you professionally. The workers always ask if you need help.

Today I'm at the Home Depot across from Mapledale Boulevard. This is one of my closest and my favorite Home Depot stores. I bought electrical and plumbing fixtures here and a lot of the things since I lived in Tampa. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable in the parking lot plenty of parking spaces. It sits catty-corner across from Northdale Promenade Mall. It's a very nice Home Depot come check it out.

I usually go to Home Depot to get a special toilet bowl cleaner. When I got there, the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful for any needs I may have. The floor staff is always there and open to any questions I may have. Being a lady alone, coming into a warehouse environment can be very intimidating, not at Home Depot. I think they really make the female population feel very special. When they didn't have the size I was looking for, they offered me a larger size and charged me half-price for it! Isn't that special? It made me feel like Queen Camilla Consort! I am planning on coming back to get patio furniture! Please go to Home Depot, you will not be disappointed!

I love this store !!! I found everything I needed and I got in and out in 20 minutes. The parking and waiting to get out is the issue. But busy and the service is good.

I needed help with an online return and Lisa went out of her way to help me. She's the type of customer service rep that makes you want to come back.

Carl! Carl made shopping at Home Depot a pleasure today. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Carl pointed out the pros and cons of some hardware for hanging our light fixtures. He shared experience regarding wiring. Carl happily walked us back and forth between the hardware and lighting aisles until we had everything needed.
Carl is a keeper.

They went above and beyond with great customer service for my appliances.

They always have everything I need:) Helpful and friendly staff are a bonus.

This review is in reference to the Carrollwood, Florida store. This location has an amazing, helpful, knowledgeable,and very friendly staff. I want to give a special shout-out to a manager in the store whose name is George. I was in the store with my 94 year old father who was riding in an electric scooter. We got separated and could not find each other. My father had forgotten his cellphone so he had no way to contact me. George saw that my father was lost and offered to help him find me. Miraculously, my father remembered my phone number and I received a call from George asking if I was missing something 🙂. He then escorted my father (in his slow moving scooter ) from one end of the store up to the service desk where I was waiting. George was gracious, very respectful to my dad, and what I would describe as a very kind and intelligent person. George went above and beyond the service that one would expect at a big box retailer and I sincerely hope that the powers that be at Home Depot corporation meaningfully recognize George for his exceptional customer service.
