Big Lots

You know what your getting with Big Lots but the differentiation comes with the customer service and cleanliness of the store. This location boasted clean walking spaces, fully stocked products at good valued prices, and a helpful customer service staff. Not too busy and had an easy parking lot with ample amount of spaces. Overall a very good experience shopping here.

Its the ONLY location we have in SouthOC. They employees are wonderful!
I love "spending" my time in this store and browsing through every single item! They have everything you need for your house to make it a better home.

I went to 3 other stores to buy a food scale.
The cheapest one I could find was $30! For a food scale! C'mon people! Really? 🤦🏻‍♂
And the employees at the other stores... not so friendly!
I walked into Big Lots and the very nice lady behind the counter yelled out: "Welcome to Big Lots!"
I said: "Thanks!" and walked into the store.
As I was walking into the store, another employee, a very nice gentleman, asked me: "Do you need some assistance?" I stopped, looked at him, and said: "Why yes I do! Where are your food scales and do you carry them?"
Much to my surprise... Not only did he say they had them, but he walked me all the way over to where they were! Usually employees just point!
Much to my surprise, not only did they have a very nice digital food scale, but it was only $15! WOOT! SCORE! SUCCESS!
While I was there I picked up a few other things as well.
I love Big Lots! This place kicks buttisimo! Name brands at low prices! I love it!

In the future I will always check Big Lots first!

This store was very clean, had lots of nice things, including the specific sponges I came in to buy, and friendly-helpful staff. When I’m in the area, I’ll plan to stop in again!

Always great deals at Big Lots and who doesn't need a deal these days. Picked up Silicone spatula for $4.50 and shampoo/conditioner for $1.19 each for 28oz. Ya it's a Tressame knock off but works just as good.

The rearrangement of this store is a big improvement, feels more roomy. Today I encountered one of the nicest cashiers, her name is Linda. She is very much a people person, humorous and patient as I fumbled with the card reader. My wife and I left with a smile all the way to the car.

I visited Big Lots on Lapaz, Mission Viejo today April 27, 2022. I was looking for some products and employee Andrea and Mike helped me. I have received the exceptional services from them. They are professional, kind and very helpful. Very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you so much.

Best stocked Big Lots store I have ever seen!! Bought stuff I didn't know I needed LOL 😂. Joseph is a great cashier and knowledgeable salesman!!

Big Lots had a new layout and it is much better. It looks more professional and less like a discount store. I even had 3 people all if they could help me! Prices still seem low and I hope that stays the same!!

They've rearranged their store! They also give you coupons for $$ off your next visit. Who doesn't like to save money. Keeps us coming back! Also, their furniture selection looks fairly nice and price competitive!

I was completely shocked! The store had a whole new layout and looked twice as big. I was happily humming along noticing all the neatly arranged and fully stocked shelves too!

This store always has a great selection of everything and is fantastic for holiday decorations and storage options for around the house. There is an older man who works there and I always get him as a cashier. You can tell he really has fun with his job. I bought Halloween decorations last year and they were skeletons. He said to make sure to feed them because they looked really hungry. It definitely made my day!

This particular big lots on margariete y la paz is exceptional. While it is a fact-that prices for mostly everything in the store are below set standard prices, it is the people who work there that make the difference the manager and employees are all point. You can see it thru out the store and then of course the service checking out and answers to any of my inquiries are more than satisfactory. I am grateful this place is so close to home as I wouldnt like to have to drive to this big lots but I would even then.

Organized, clean, friendly staff. Most prices were average to discount or even grocery vut random finds are always the best

I recently started coming here. A great collection of seasonal items, much better than I had anticipated! Great coffee and snack prices, and friendly employees too! Great gift items too!!!!

We came to the Mission Viejo Big Lots for a couch and a few other items. The furniture staff went above and beyond for us. I want to give a serious shout out to this branch. Thank you for everything you all did.

Big Lots is popular with people of all economic classes. Spending too much us never a good idea. They have some excellent bargains, not just low prices.
