Stop by because a mattress was order for me but they forgot to order frame. Spoke to Jen B at customer service, she was very helpful! She looked up my order and also called to make sure everything was in order for delivery. I really appreciated all her effort. A+

The big box store if you need anything in the Ruskin Sun City area. The seasoned older employees are quite knowledgeable and very helpful.

Wonderful service from Melissa at blinds. She was so kind and patient when we accidentally got the wrong size! As a new homeowner I need all the help I can get. Would definitely see her again!

Last week I ordered a lawn mower. It arrived today. I opened the box but knew immediately I could not assemble myself. I called the store to try to schedule a person there to assemble for me. This wonderful woman, Julie, looked up my order and told me she would come by my home on her way home from work and do it for me. She did and she did a great job after an already long day YSY Julie!

I have to commend Ms. Julie for helping me today. After being pushed around for days by the flooring department Ms. Julie stepped in and resolved my issue instantly. I really appreciate it. Thank you again Ms. Julie!

The customer service was Awesome in the appliance department. Eventho the pandemic is causing items to be delivered at a slow rate, the items that I needed were in stock. Social distancing was encourage and transaction went smoothly and all delivery details were explained. Pricing can be a little higher .

Hello readers. So I just moved from Pennsylvania to Riverview Florida. And let me tell you Iam not use to this plumbing down here. I have know idea where to begin with this plumbing. So I had these plastic pipes that burst because I over tightened stuff lol. I just want to say if you need any input on plumbing, Jerry who works in the section for plumbing is amazing. He is so knowledgeable on what to do and explaining in detail. I'm a truck driver not a plumber. So I had no idea what to do where to begin what to use, it was 8:00 at night on a Saturday and I broke my pipes in my house SMH thank God home Depot hired an expertise in plumbing his name is Jerry he was like my superhero saving the day. I want to thank you so much Jerry for getting my water up and running again.

Amari at this Home Depot is the Best!! Helpful and courteous and double-checked all measurements for exact cuts. I spend at least 12k a year and this is a big if at 12k a year and never once have I had this kind of service!

I have always had great experiences with home depot my home away from home. Great service and great products and wonderful people working there extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Every time I go to home Depot it's like I got own personal assistants Mr. Larry, Mr. Bob and Mr. Mike they're always helpful. I'm currently remodeling my house myself. I can show them a picture and they always show me what tools I need for the project.

Great day for flower shopping at home depot. Sales staff helped me exchange a concrete planter for a lighter weight plastic container. Talked me into the wooden window boxes too!!

Order some faucets online and they arrived with missing parts. Niccole in Customer Service/ Returns was very patient and helpful as we returned the faucets and she helped us find replacement faucets to order to finish our project. Thank you Niccole.

My grandson wanted a cactus. Home Depot did not disappoint. They had the exact one he had in mind. We shopped at several stores that day and he took his cactus in everyone. Thanks Home Depot for putting a smile on a sweet child's face.
