They have authentic Haitian products. Great quality! Very professional and great customer service.

My husband is Haitian and we normally travel to Tampa to get all of our supplies. We heard about this place and wanted to try it. We get there and there is no one in the store other than the attendant and the her children. No customers.

The attendant was on the phone and NEVER greeted us. No one asked if we needed help finding anything…Not.One.Acknowledgment that we were even in the store.

When we found what we wanted, we went to the counter to pay…SHE PUT HER CALL ON SPEAKER AND TRIED TO CHECK US OUT WHILE ON A PERSONAL CALL.

Well as you would expect, she messed up the transaction and we had to scrounge for the cash…no apology no anything.

Listen, they had what we needed…but I will drive 30min for a better experience than that…they are a mess.
