Great for decorations. Prices are good , variety is great. Good for gift giving. Has furniture, household items. Cleaning supplies, makeup, sheets, towels, blankets. Clothes, light bulbs.
Staff is decent, high turn over rate so not a staff that seems to be too knowledgeable. But can help to an extent

This used to be a Kroger grocery store. It’s spacious and clean. You’ll appreciate the use of floor space for display and model testing. The staff is friendly and willing to help whenever you need.

Great discounts, decent selection of grocery items.

Manager went out of her way to assist me with finding a mouse pad. Insisted that coworker take a break and thanked the coworker for their good efforts. Nice to see.

Decent store. Seemed pretty clean and well stocked. I had no issues here, and found plenty of random things to buy. They still have some great gifts for the holidays for kids, as well!

Heather was extremely helpful in tracking down some furniture at a sister location! Refreshing to see great workers still in customer service!

The guy at the front counter was very helpful, personable, and quick. He helped me with my daughters birthday present, i got her a bike, and i am always pleased with the greetings when i get in there.. Everyone i've encountered there has been very nice and professional.

People working there were very friendly and helpful. I had a difficult time finding something and a very nice employee noticed my lost wandering and offered help. The cashier was also friendly to my children and I greatly appreciate that.

Great value and quality

I'm new to the area and I was amazingly satisfied!!! Heather and James were patient, helpful and understanding. They didn't rush and they tended to us as if we were family. I will definitely shop this store over the one near my new home!!!

It's wonderful to be able to go to Big Lots and find all the stuff you need to finish off Christmas. So this was a great experience and I will do the same next year. Walmart is always out of everything.

Great discounts. Best prices on a lot of items included but not limited to batteries and a lot of house hold items.

Great place for hard to find items, at half the price of other stores. Damp Rid is just one example. Customer service was very good as well.

Employees courteous. Maybe a bit early but was disapppointed in the small selection all in all on the shelves for this time of the year. Purchased items but would have spent more if it had been possible. Luv BIG LOTS anyway.
