GameStop

Came in to the store to buy some games for my kids since they are sick and going to be staying home for a while.
I went ahead and grabbed some brand new games and went to check out and the store clerk Erika told me that they had those same games for sale as “pre-owned” for cheaper. She went out of her way to save me some money and I really appreciated the customer service she provided.

Update 2024: Since my last visit almost a year ago, not much has changed. Except today it was just poor Mike running the show singlehandedly. Maybe he had another worker that was just at lunch or something. He did a great job though. He had a gauntlet of customers before me (parents with their children) and a phone call and as usual they all needed their hands held as Mike helped them figure out what they needed and where to find it. Good job, Mike.

I hate seeing retail workers trying to run a whole store alone. What if Mike had a sudden diarrhea attack? There's nobody to cover him. I get that video game resale is in a tough spot these days, but that doesn't somehow revoke Mike's humanity. A failing business model doesn't grant him immunity to sudden diarrhea attacks. Just saying.

The crew here is always super nice and helpful. Even though I hardly ever know what I'm looking for. They possess super-human patience, too. I stood in line here a few days before Christmas (it was a bloody madhouse) watching them do their best to help clueless parents trying to figure out which system they were shopping for. I think I would have choked somebody, but the staff was helpful and nice throughout. Kudos!

Mike is awesome and helped me out tremendously. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and really showed he cared. I had many questions for him and he took his time to help me out. I really enjoy going to this store because of all of the options available and the kind staff. I had several trade-ins and Mike went out of his way to assist. I will definitely continue to go back to this store and highly recommend it.

Went in with my wife tonight looking for a Nintendo switch game. Ryan met us with a smile - super personable and gave some great suggestions. His customer service was on point and he did a great job helping us out.

Guy was super friendly and knowledgable. Patient to explain all the gaming details to me and my son. He helped us find exactly what we needed. And also gave tips.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, for someone who is a parent and has been out of the gaming world for a while now they are extremely helpful when making a purchase. I also firmly believe that GameStop employees in general take better care of gaming equipment when handling it because they really have a passion for games. I will always shop with GameStop for my needs especially this one.

Great staff, friendly environment. To the person talking about the staff's "crap attitudes": learn to spell so you don't sound like an incompetent fool in your reviews. The staff are honest and I like that.

Okay, so we are not huge game players, BUT when the occasional bug strikes, we always go to game stop. We are able to trade in our old stuff and get new stuff all the time. One thing I really like is the non name brand controllers...they are just as good and cost half as much.

This GameStop rocks. Super friendly people (at least the 2 girls who worked there during my visit today). Super helpful with my headset return, no complaints!!!

I've gone to this Gamestop countless times and every time, the employees are helpful with me and other customers that are there. They do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied, as well as trying to help you save money, if possible.

I really love this store there smart,and they can give you bad opinions about a game but I bought a PS4 from them and I had for a year and now I want to give back for some money and I'm going to buy a XBOX 360 Customer Service is Awesome keep it up
