AT&T Store

Chris was patient, as I normally detest technology. Chris was knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to explain (in lay man’s terms) any questions I had. He went above and beyond with Customer service: first, the system was showing incorrectly that I had a past due balance and he outreached to different departments to get it quickly resolved so that we could move forward with the transaction as opposed to giving up and asking me to return on another day. Second, Chris waited patiently for my new devices to charge so that he could transfer and sync all of my information on all of the devices. He provided me with a short tutorial on how to navigate etc. I know what I described is a reasonable expectation as a customer however, it was nice that I didn’t have to ask or insist on Chris’ help! That makes all of the difference! I only had intentions of upgrading my phone but because of Chris’ exceptional customer service I purchased an apple watch and multiple accessories which I usually bypass. Thanks Chris from the old lady in the feather sweater. 🤣

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the AT&T store in Little Elm, TX! As soon as I walked through the door a Sales Rep named Travis asked if he could assist me. He was very helpful and friendly. Travis was also quite knowledgeable about the products he presented to me. He assisted me with transferring my photos and apps from my android device to my iPhone. He advised me that it would take a while instead of just making me wait and not say anything. But fortunately it didn’t take long at all. I also purchased some more items from him. Thank you Travis for your quick, friendly service. If I ever have to visit the store again I would love for Travis to assist me!! 💕💕 Thanks AT&T, I’m happy that I switched my cellular service back to you❤

Chase helped me with my existing AT&T service. He was very professional and informative. So happy that one of the best AT&T stores is close by my house.

Wow! Great customer service. Sure, I had to trade in my Note 9 and give them my first born child to afford the G23 Ultra, but I have more kids so I thought it was a good deal.

Came in later than we should have to upgrade 2 phones and add a line for our kiddo. Alvin G. Helped us, we haven’t had a better experience EVER at AT&T! He is the best guy and super understanding with my “older” in-laws. Really can’t say enough about our experience tonight at AT&T…and WHO says that!?

Walked in to get my husband a new phone and was greeted and helped by Bupe. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable along with the other sales guys! We will be returning for future issues just because of the great service we received today!

Mason was great to work with to help clear up some issues on a previous order I made over the phone for my daughter. He was extremely helpful and patient. Everyone working at this location are knowledgeable and willing to help each other to ensure their customers are satisfied. Thank you again Mason…my daughter will be so happy!

Zach did a wonderful job showing us the options available and making my dad feel comfortable with an updated iPhone. Great customer service and professionalism.

Beyond helpful. Bupe, trenice and Zach did way more than they had to to get an issue resolved for us regarding internet service.

I came into the store really late trying to get assistance with my iphone 10. Mason Babcock was most helpful in trying to determine apps or other options to free up storage on my phone. In just talking about the issues I was experiencing, I decided to inquire about the 13. He provided great information and I was quickly sold on it. I appreciate his time spent introducing me to the product and transferring the data over. He was so courteous and helpful I purchased the case and screen protector regardless of the cost (could have probably purchased for less on Amazon). It was his customer focused approach that sold me on everything purchased today. Gabriel was also very nice and provided support to Mason, making sure we didn’t miss anything. Great teamwork!

Had a great experience with Mason. Went in to switch some phones around. It was a long process and they turned on cartoons for my antsy toddler. Mason was patient, professional and helpful. Not only did he resolve all my issues but he also got me set up with some other services I had been wanting for a great deal. 10/10 would recommend this store. All four of the guys working were great. I’m impressed and will be using them for my phone needs from now on.

Mason and the team at Little Elm (423) were amazing. Had three issues I was dreading to confront and he fixed me super fast. Provided helpful tips too. Nice & fun crew there. Kudos.

It was great to find a neighborhood ATT store in Frisco. Easy to get to and we’ll staffed. Both times I went in the associates were friendly, knowledgeable and able to help me. It really has become so easy to make transactions and upgrades for my iPhone. They were well stocked with accessories and it was just an overall very good vibe!

Went in to upgrade my phone and it was the fastest process I’ve ever experienced when getting a new phone. I always dread it, but it was so easy at this store. Mason was fabulous. So friendly and super efficient. Great experience over all 👍

Justin the store manager is one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered! He was very knowledgeable and took very good care of us! Not only that, he saved us money! He listened to our problem, considered all the options, and came up with an alternate plan that gave us more than what we were asking for and at a lower price. Anita was absolutely amazing, fixed so many other things on my account that I originally walk in for and saved me money. She made my almost what felt like several hours very stress free. Hats off to Little Elm At n T for having such an amazing employee such as herself.
