Quentin was very attentive and knowledge about my concern for being able to use my phone while out of the country. He was very kind and super professional. Quentin is an incredible asset to At&T!

I was in desperate need of WiFi service for my newly built home and ATT accommodated me in less than 24 hours!! I am extremely grateful and impressed with the customer service rendered from Dominique, Brandon, and Mike (the technician) from the north Macon store. They were all very professional and competent. I am very pleased with my service.

Greeted immediately. Short wait. Sales rep gave the kind of information I needed. Answered all my questions. Assembled all my new products. Was polite and respectful. A great experience!

Michael and Ton helped us with new service. They were both VERY HELPFUL. It was a easy process. They both were very informative and answered all of our questions with ease. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AT&T at the Riverside Dr location.

The staff was phenomenal. Mine was a bit of a complicated request and everyone was patient, efficient and empathetic. They had me laughing and feeling so grateful for their assistance. I needed to change my data plan, and I was having trouble doing it online; I needed real people. Luckily, the store manager David was the one who helped me. He was cheerful and efficient, smart enough to laugh at my dumb jokes and kind enough to be patient with my ignorance about how things work.

Brandon (AT&T Riverside Drive) was awesome and made the process of purchasing new phones easy and stress-free! He was friendly and professional and was able to answer all of our questions. I must say that the entire staff who were working yesterday, May 29th, were all friendly and helpful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had when upgrading phones.

Brandon was my rep and was phenomenal! Explained everything, guided me when I had questions, made sure my new device was set up properly. The only thing I needed to do when I left was use the device. Can't get any better than that!

Came in to add a line and James M. was very nice, patient and thorough with the process. He was also very helpful in helping to choose the right accessories for the phone. If you visit this store, I would recommend working with him to get you whatever you need.

Jada was an absolute delight . She made it super simple to set up my daughter's new phone and was so sweet and kind to my son while he waited for us to finish our transaction .
