Publix Super Market at Johns Creek Center

We live in Minnesota, and on previous Florida visits we were very impressed with Publix in general. Yesterday we had the very BEST customer service experience at this Publix!!!! Hannah and Assistant Manager Sean went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and their extraordinary help and service can never be topped. They helped us with a special order. I was literally crying, it meant so much!! We HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this Publix, and it should truly be a model for all other grocery stores. It is rare to be treated as family, and made to feel like customers are TRULY top priority. We cannot say enough, and we know a lot of snowbirds here in Minnesota who will hear about this wonderful Publix store!!!! Sooooo grateful and we will never forget it!!!!!!!

Friendly staff who now recognize me and ask how my sin is doing, sine he does a lot of the shopping for us. Always willing to reach something for me since I use their electric carts. Always willing to help load groceries, even when I have to park far because the handicapped spaces are full.

Love our local Publix! The pharmacy here is incredible. The staff are so kind and work so hard. Very happy we have such a great store so close by

Large, clean store with friendly, helpful employees! I come here for the fresh deli sandwiches. They also have great gogo products that change every Thursday. This store has a great salad bar with plenty of choices that include pasta and tuna salad by the pound.

Very friendly customer service. Deli staff is quick and the meats and cheeses are always fresh. Best subs! Store is well organized and clean. Baggers are always willing to walk you to your car. Cashiers are pleasant and greet you with a smile. Stop in at dinner time to have the store chef create a small plate of deliciousness!

It was one of the nicest Publix, and what made it was the employees!! Very helpful and friendly!!! When I asked where something was located, they actually walked me right to the product!!

I've been going to this publix since it was built...I've always had a good experience...finding everything I need. It's easily accessible and convenient for on the way home stops if you go home via cr210.

Same amazing Service as any other Publix. The person who came out to help me with my groceries noticed a limb that was stuck underneath my car and she pulled it out because she didn't want it to do damage to my car I didn't even realize it was there

My store. Love it. Everything is easy to find. Great place to shop. Everyone is friendly & helpful.

I enjoy walking around the store. It's clean and well stocked. The workers doing stock speaks to me and ask if I'm finding everything ok. The checkout clerks are very nice and thoughtful. I'm very picky about how they bag my groceries. For the most part they do very good.

Just ran in for a pie in the bakery. I bought Dutch Apple and it was delicious.

Always so clean and well organized. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. A joy to shop there.
